Bought a vape pen that i bought and opened up in the store as they asked. The vape pen didn’t work. Tried to refund it. They counter person, said I couldn’t get my money back or a new one until the manager comes in to check out the vape pen. He doesn’t know when the manager will be in. He say’s probably the weekend. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!

Honestly the worst vape shop. My vape didn’t work upon checking out and the guy working refused to swap it or contact his manager to ask about swapping it. They definitely don’t care about customer service. The priority is in the sell.
