“I have been to this location several times since they hired a new manager. His name is Julian and he and all the other associates there are so friendly and helpful. I had a very important letter to mail and they helped me with that and with the Amazon returns I had. I have other stores closer to me, but I would gladly drive a bit further in order to get the kind of help I got at this store. They deserve 10 stars in my opinion.”
“What a treat to have a UPS store in the front of my neighborhood. Every time I have been in (for printing, shipping, and Amazon returns) the staff has been SO friendly and accommodating. The store is always immaculately clean. The self service kiosks are also a plus for fast and easy returns. I will be back. Thanks for being in the neighborhood!”

I appreciate that they offer a folder for printed documents, which shows attention to detail. Unlike some other UPS stores that charge $1 for taping Amazon boxes, this one does not, making the experience even more convenient. Their exceptional service sets them apart from other locations.”

“they were not expecting a notary service at 5:30 pm thinking they cut off at 4pm, but their computer said i have appointment at 5:30 pm. the staff was very accomodating and helped me immediately. notary service was done and the lady at the counter even let me skip the line and served me first right after i finish my notary service. awesome people at bradenton office”

“I have used this store for 5 years for all of my mail needs. Every person there has always been helpful. The store is always clean. And they do a great job when the lines get long! Can't recommend them enough. I'm moving so won't be using them any longer, and I'll miss those folks.”
