Understaffed and unable to keep appointments. Walked out after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to at the very least acknowledge I was there. Ridiculous. Last time I was there, I had a pedicure and nail set placed on and asked them to match the colors. Didn't match, and toenail polish came off on all the right side. Never coming back.

Stylist: Tina was my stylist and did an excellent job. Her work is impeccable. I have been to lots of places and she was the first one who I truly enjoyed. My nails and feet looked fantastic! Thanks Tina!

Joined my wife on Mother's Day for a manicure. Decided to get my pinky nails painted. After staring at me for a moment in apparent disbelief and saying my nails were "too short" to paint.. she went on to paint them as requested. But not before laughing, giggling and talking to the other workers about my apparently off-base request. It made me feel very uncomfortable and judged for asking them to provide a service that I am paying for. The cherry on top was that she didn't do a very good job, either.. sloppy. If you're looking to be judged and made fun of for expressing yourself.. this is the place to be.

Two of my nails broke after recently getting them done. Went back to have them repaired. Had to wait for the tech that originally did my nails even though 5 other techs were available. Had to wait 30 min for two nails to be repaired while other techs were just sitting around. Don’t recommend

DO NOT GO HERE! I had my nails done this past weekend and now I have to go to a podiatrist for an ingrown toenail. May nails were fine before I came in. I told the nail tech MULTIPLE TIMES NOT to cut my toe nails at an angle and to keep the nail straight in order to avoid ingrowns. She did the exact opposite even though I told her not to multiple times. She cut them with the nail cuticle clipper instead of the regular clippers, I don't know if she tried being sneaky or just didn't understand what NO meant. She cut so deep, to the point where the nail just starts coming out of the skin so it wasn't even a conservative cut. But I am honestly pissed off now because I have a painful ingrown toe nail coming in thanks to this place.....DO NOT COME HERE if you have issues with your feet. They will give you issues! They do not understand english and will do whatever they want regardless of what you ask for.

I'm not really a person to do reviews. New to Parrish and looking for a nail salon for pedicures. I had a moment where I asked a question in a nice manner but the response was not so nice. Experienced her gossiping to the other lady next to her while the other lady stared at me.
Sitting there in awe of what just happened. Put it this way my toes were not completely finished the way they should have been for $30. My massage was terrible. It was only a tickle it wasn't a massage at all. I never felt so uncomfortable receiving a pedicure before. Unbelievable... I feel bad for the owners who want a really nice place that they need to read these reviews and pinpoint who these people are that are not giving the full service that you deserve. Won't be back... If I didn't have to go to work and I had the whole day off. I would have totally walked out barefooted and tried someplace else.

I have tried so many places in Parrish to get a pedicure. I will be returning here ever time! The price is great, customer service amazing, and the service was perfect! She did an amazing job on my toes!

My mom and I just went yesterday to get a pedicure. I made a reservation for the two of us and when we got there they said they were understaffed. The one lady did my mom's toes and I had to wait until she was done for mine to be done. I specifically made the reservation so my mom and I could both get our toes done at the same time and not only that but the person doing my mom's toes rushed it. When my mom asked if she could clip her toe nails she said it was fine and then proceeded to barely file. When it came down to the painting part that's when things got bad. The lady doing my mom's toes got nail polish on my mom's foot and when my mom asked for her to get it off she tried to wipe it off and just smeared it. Than my mom asked 2 more times and the lady took a hard file that they use for the bottom of your foot and used it to scrub off the nail polish. I looked over and cringed. My mom kept saying ouch and the lady laughed it off. Not only did it hurt my mom we both couldn't believe she would use a nail file on my mom's bare skin. Her foot was almost to the point of bleeding and she still had polish on her foot. My mom asked for nail polish remover but she instead still used the file. Now for myself When i was waiting the person to do my nails my water for my feet was freezing. This was all together an awful experience and I don't recommend going here unless you want bad service and your skin scrubbed off. To top everything off my mom called and asked for a refund and they told her that it was probably just an allergic reaction from the scrub, they said the manager wasn't there and she couldn't even call or reach out to the manager. They also never once apologized but proceeded to say "I completely understand" when they clearly didn't. Not only did they not make it up to us but they didn't believe us even when my mom asked them to look at the cameras. And lastly, this hasn't been the first time either the last time my mom and I went to go get a pedicure there we had a horrible time as well and nobody should be treated like this but especially when you are almost paying over $100 for 2 pedicures.

Me and my sister went and got very different experiences hers was great, mine was the opposite! Mine was rushed with steps skipped or rushed through. I got three cuts on my fingers and after only 5 days my gel nail polish lifted up and peeled off! I wrote a message directly to them and never heard back..
