I’ve not used CVS before I just moved to the area and googled the closest pharmacy had been in pain 5 days finally spoke with the dr today Monday morning they called in my prescription at noon I went at 4:30 got in a huge wrap around line around the bldg after over 30 minutes time I’m told they received the drs order but my ins didn’t cover it so they didn’t prep it. I’m sorry what? I’m in real pain. I’ve waited five days and now five hours no one contacted me they had my phone number. I circled the bldg as they said 20 minutes I’d already waited over 30 I circle the bldg it takes over 20 minutes I finally get my script so I can go home take my meds and flippin rest zero stars if I could they had my number why ask for my phone number if you aren’t gonna use it? The app sucks don’t rely on it zero stars if I could

The pharmacist needs to learn to listen. They have had my prescription for 11 days. Apparently it has been on back order for 2 months. No one bothered to tell me that until visited the store-no phone call, no message, nothing. I had a hard time getting any answers because the pharmacist just kept trying to talk over me. She recommended I switch to Ambien. My prescription was not a sleeping pill so that makes no sense. But it is for something that puts me at risk when I don't take it which has been the case for 4 days now.

This staff and the "manager" offer attitude more than assistance. Having to call back several times to get one prescription, they still can't give me an answer on why it's not there a week later. The last response was "there was a cyber attach on our system." This is a pretty extreme answer and if true, should have been communicated proactively rather than having customers call in and figure out why there's a delay on medication. Not to mention failure to report a cyber attack is a federal regulatory issue.

I went into this cvs at around 8 pm and I was getting candy and snacks and my total was a little pricey for just some candy Mrs Kimberly who happened to be working and came to help me out with all kinds of discounts and what not saving me like 15$ turning a 20$ cash out into 5$ so I just came here to say that she’s so nice and I would definitely recommend coming back. For someone who’s also worked retail and customer serviceI know it’s not all that pretty and the fact that she’s doing it late at night helping out and all with a smile the whole time is what keeps the world spinning for some people and I just wanted to say thank you and to whoever’s reading this make sure to appreciate the workers in your area no matter if the job is big or small :)

So when I picked up my script for Metformin XR 500/500 90 day supply, I asked the young man at register why there were not more bottles thinking it was a 1 month supply. He said no, it was a 90 day supply. I asked the wrong question. I should have asked was it the one described above. That said, I cashed out and as I left the store I looked and it was a 90 day supply. I returned to counter and was told to go to other counter to speak to the “pharmacist” (a man I believed named Mark who apparently has a degree but ZERO PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING, OR EMPATHY.) I asked him to check and see whether or not they got it right or if my doctor had called it in wrong. He did NOT listen to me as I was asking questions about what to do. He advised the doctor had ordered it wrong (the doctor’s mistake). However, CVS had put this incorrect order in against my insurance already, so to get another refill my insurance likely won’t pay for it. All Mark the “pharmacist” did was focus on the fact that since I cashed out, he couldn’t take it back. I couldn’t even get him to listen to me as he was got more defensive at the doctor making the error and not hearing me out - again my issue of concern was the insurance part. I can only say he has HORRIBLE listening skills, was somewhat aggressive with me (a man) and I wonder how he treats the elderly folks who come in there. All this said I had had enough of his bad attitude and walked out as I exclaimed “this is EXACTLY why I have moved all my other scripts to Walgreens. This was NOT the first horrible customer service I had here, but I AM THRILLED TO SAY IT IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS CRAPPY CVS PARRISH LOCATION AND MAYBE ANY CVS EVER! CVS should clean house here and start from scratch. The 2.4 Star average review says it all. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ohio resident getting established in Parrish. CVS has helped me immensely in the past week by coordinating my RX’s with Ohio and then informing me that I am entitled to a two for one on an expensive OTC item. Really you have a permanent customer!!! Sincerely Claude

The pharmacy is where they have failed epically. The staff could care less about you. I showed up to pick up my daughter’s prescription after getting a confirmation call from CVS saying my prescription is ready. So I go to the counter only to be told they are out of that medicine. I get sent to another counter and come to find out they do in fact have it. The first lady at the counter could have simply checked but that would have been too much work. Instead they prefer to send someone home to wait a longer period for a very much needed antibiotic. To top it all off the pharmacy cashier had a nasty attitude! I will definitely be finding another pharmacy to pick up my scripts moving forward.

Called spoke with Victor about my vacation situation as it was complicated but he was so helpful and I was very appreciative. It did take about 15 minutes BUT I know the pharmacy is very busy (every person on earth is on something) it’s time to be patience with all pharmacies and be thankful we have medicine for when we need it. Life is going to be more scary soon, buck up!Ps. THANK YOU Victoria the pharmacist working on this day. Thank you!! ☺️

This place is a disaster area! Unbelievable; I’m a pharmacist and I’d rather not complain about a pharmacy because I have been down that road; with that being said I can’t tell you how horrible this place is ran! I came to pick up my prescriptions with my wife, at the pick up window I had to wait about 10 minutes to get there; the lady Dede asked me a multitude of times my name and DOB before she could figure it out—-then another 10 minutes to check me out and I asked if she could reorder my meds and told me I had to go to another line to do that. I asked to talk to the pharmacist whose last name is Shu and he said he felt bad for me and I did have to order in another line (he looked like a slob who couldn’t have cared less) instead of helping the patient and filling my prescriptions. Then for the cherry on the top I went through the other line and the guy couldn’t find me in the system after just picking up 3 prescriptions. I wish my insurance were different as this place is a disaster area!!!!!!
