“Update: They were apologetic and promised to make it right. They replaced the muffler, adjusted the lift gate and cleaned the interior. The taillight still had scuffs visible but I was able to polish it out myself to avoid having to bring it back. Everything looks good now and communication was good.
We dropped the vehicle off May 9th for repairs due to being rear ended. They called us on June 7th to advise us it was all ready to be picked up. This is how they delivered it to us. Interior covered in dust especially the rear cargo area. It appears no attempt was made to vacuum it or do any sort of interior clean up. The exhaust is bent and the right side that took the biggest portion of the impact is pushed back. The gaps on the lift gate that was replaced is large on one side and small on the other. The right outer taillamp is scuffed up.
The advisor told us it can all be fixed but the technicians are gone for the day and we would need to bring it back Monday.
How could anyone consider this fixed and ready to go back to the customer? Is there not a final inspection? Now we had to leave it so they can look at it on Monday and already turned the rental vehicle in.
The communication from the advisor for status updates was good which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. If these visually obvious items were overlooked I have concerns about the items not easily seen.”

We asked if they could bring us 2 batteries and tools. They came to our rescue and we were so grateful. The guy waited patently, it was hot, while we used their tools to change batteries. I don't think I need to be over the top impressed by smiling employees and gift cards to walk out of the door with in order to give a 5 star rating. Sometimes things are just exactly what they need to be. Not done in a rush. Just professional, proficient, and to the point. I was able to walk in, ask a question, get an answer, purchase my product and leave. I don't see any reason not to give 5 stars for being exactly what people need it to be.
