Walked in with my son’s glasses to have them fixed/readjusted. Ariel did a fantastic job. I am truly thankful for America’s best contacts and eyeglasses. 100% recommend this business the atmosphere was so clean and fresh. It was such a pleasant experience. thank you again Ariel I’m so thankful for your patience. And all the questions I had in regard to contacts.

They couldn't make replacement lenses for my frames because they don't carry that brand, but they had some new frames I liked, the exam was inexpensive, the glasses were done in half the time they said, and the total cost was almost $200 less than new lenses that I would have had made elsewhere.

Mel helped us order a pair of prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. It was super easy and convenient! We already had an active exam/prescription already from a week prior, so it was super easy to come in and place an order. Great customer service!

I damaged my prescription sunglasses in a minor tumble. Stopped in to America’s Best new office in Parrish. My glasses were repaired in minutes and the biggest surprise of all- NO Charge! Thank you Arielle for the great and friendly service.

3/5/2024 Every thing went smoothly till check out the girl checking me out didn’t know what she was doing it took 45 minutes to check out. I’m not even sure I got what I wanted on my glasses. Still waiting for my glasses the lenses are out of stock I had to call them to find out this information.. The worst part of checking out the girl sang out loud while we checked out. Not professional at all. Very disappointed.Parish fl

I ordered two pairs of glasses about a week ago. When I was ordering them, the girl helping us did not seem to know what she was doing. She asked her coworkers questions at least three times throughout the order. Simple questions that should be researched by the salesperson so they have answers. It should be noted that there were bags of chips, other snacks, and an array of beverages scattered underneath the girl's desk and behind the main counter as well.Fast forward to yesterday, I called to see if my glasses were in. I was informed that there was NO ORDER under my name. They said they would look into it and call me first thing the next day. Today I got no call so I CALLED THEM and was informed that the salesperson put my order in UNDER SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME AND PERSCRIPTION! I asked if they would expedite my order of the new glasses so I could get them in a decent amount of time. They told me they would expedite the new glasses. When I inquired how long it would take, I was told it would take the same amount of time as a regular order.I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism, organization, and PROPER TRAINING. This is one of THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD.I'm getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere. If you're going to have salespeople who sell glasses, they have to know what they're talking about, have confidence, not have snacks laying around, AND PUT THE RIGHT PERSCRIPTION IN!
