Every morning I go in and every morning there is 1 person at registers and a long line of people that need to get to work and the people working there never look up and act like they are all miserable. It’s depressing to experience this atmosphere every morning. Your workers attitude comes from you…you don’t care about your workers or your customers. When a competitor opens you will loose most of your customers because you didn’t care about them when you had them.

Would give zero stars if I could. This gas station has been out of gas all three times I have tried it, resulting in backtracking miles down the road to another station. Absolutely useless.

The service at night is atrocious... I never go in unless I absolutely have too... If you don't want to work there, quit, don't waste my time

Lady at the counter was unbelievably RUDE. My husband asked her to break a big bill for us as we needed change & she said “no this isn’t a bank” glad we don’t live near this place- because she sucks. Hope she has the day she deserves.

Manager is in there today berating staff in front of customers about something the employee must of misplaced. She was just way over the top cussing and visibly upsetting her employee as she’s trying to check out customers. No wonder this place is always understaffed. I could think of a couple not so friendly adjectives to describe this manager.

I suggest to the owner/management to have the employee team put paper in the pumps. Many businesses need Receipts. For the last year there is never paper in the pumps and a receipts can not be generated.

This 7-11 is terrible. It is filthy dirty, inside and out. This store is chronically understaffed. They are often out of gas or their card machine is down, or some major issue. When they do have gas, you are going to pay at least .15 to .20 more a gallon than the next closest place, just because. The only thing that I can think is that the owner never shows up and doesn't care, except for spending as little as possible. It's sad because this place could be a gem. Save the hassle and hit the next 7-11 or Wawa.

There are wasps swirling around the gas pumps from the trash cans that are quite aggressive. There is a risk of getting stung. Talked to one of the counter girls who very rudely said nothing can be done about it. Fill up at your risk.

sneaky $175.00 gas card hold at their pay at the pump unmanned terminals! and no phone number on pumps for the disable to Call of Assistance.....

I had better hopes for this place.. Breakfast Bowl purchase, and I'll not even consider trying the 2 for $4 tacos.. Beyond gross, gave to my 155lb Great Dane w/ the 2 hot dogs I bought for him. Order # 1517095 - 437095 at 8:48am.44yrs Customer Service & over 17yrs within Hospitality Food & Beverage Industry. All food kept at UNSAFE TEMPS, and then not warmed to Safe Temp. It wasn't even close to being warm. The rubber food quality says it all.

Nasty cashiers. Basically was thrown out because I dared to say if you were paying attention to your customers instead of what you were worried about earlier, perhaps you would not have forgotten or didn’t hear what I asked for. No worries I won’t be back!

7-Eleven in Parrish is scamming it's customers. I went in with my 4 kids for free slurpee day and I didn't see any signs saying what size slurpee was free. After a quick scan of the line wrapped throughout the store stocked with people holding slurpees of every size, I came to the conclusion that any size slurpee was free. While standing in line for a while I saw a worker at the taco counter. I left my kids in line and approached her to ask if I needed to wait in line to claim my free slurpee. She snapped at me that the free slurpees are small/medium only. I apologized and pointed out that I looked for a sign and didn't see one. She said a little girl knocked over the sign earlier and broke it but stuck to her claim that the slurpee in my hand was not free. By this time my kids were at the front of the line. I went up to the cashier and apologized explaining to her what just happened. She then snapped that there was a sign outside. I told her I had looked for one outside and didn't see one coming in and that I saw lots of people getting different sized slurpees as well. She said well, maybe that's the size they wanted. I really thought, well, you're telling me that there is a line wrapped around the inside if the store with people holding slurpees that they will have to pay for on FREE SLURPEE DAY? My husband and I shop at this 7-Eleven several times a week for gas and drinks, I have never seen it this busy. But I didnt say anything to her besides apologizing and saying I couldn't get the slurpees then. I only had enough money for gas. I thought I would get my kids a treat while at it. When I went outside I did find the sign she was talking about after actually trying to find it for a couple of minutes, it was down on floor level next to the door, not on the door and also behind a bush . . . . Clearly placed out of sight. WOW! 7-Eleven is really trying to scam us. I will be taking my busy morning business elsewhere from now on.

DISGUSTINGNasty bathroom. Asked the employee by the food for hand soap to wash my hands and he shrugged his shoulders. Like if I can’t wash my hands that means you aren’t either. I say again DISGUSTING.

Dirty, trash all over parking lot, never has breakfast sandwiches, no coffee creamer, employees all just standing around and the store was filthy. When they open the store, they said they were going to keep it cleaner than the one down the road I think it’s actually worse.
