This pharmacy is second to none! I’ve tried them all in Parkland. If you need professional proactive super efficient service from your pharmacy this is the place to go. They treat you with respect and will attempt fulfill your needs to the best of their ability. They offer automated or in person. Never on hold for more than a couple minutes. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE HERE!!

Great area, very nice and pleasant staff, always so helpful and management is always on top of things. Plenty of parking, in a big plaza filled with cafe, restaurant, day care, shipping center, animal hospital and more. But, I'm only giving them 4 stars because lately their veggies and fruits are very bad. Berries especially, always gone bad and I can never buy cilantro or parsley, they're soft and almost dry. Everything else is fine, prices are sky high, but so is everywhere else

Wish I could give ZERO stars. My husband told them my prescription didn’t seem right yet they told him it was perfectly fine then proceeded to charge him $200 for a $30 prescription, when I brought back the prescription UNOPENED still everything sealed so we could not pay $200 the pharmacists said nothing he could do. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL will never use this pharmacy again.

These idiots at Publix Parkland Commons pharmacy have no idea what they're doing. They routinely break Florida law. I have overheard them giving, or trying to give, their incorrect medical advice to so many customers who I then track down and give the correct information to. That's what you get when you get a bunch of people with barely a high school degree who couldn't get into medical school a little power to dispense medicated soaps in a grocery store. Dummies.

Waited 30 min for deli meat. Only one employee out of 7 was helping customers that wanted sliced deli meat. Inefficient process. Three employees dealing with online orders, two employees making subs for only 2 people in line. One employee filling sub condiments, not necessary. One employee walking around doing nothing. No cross training. Not a good customer experience.

I visited this Publix Pharmacy today to get my Flu shot. I am a big baby when it comes to shots and have never had the Flu shot, but after getting the Flu last year knew I needed to get it. Lisa went above and beyond to make me feel better! She was professional and friendly which made me feel at ease. She was very quick and gentle. Highly recommend visiting for your Flu shot! Thank you, Lisa!

I never thought I'd be reviewing a grocery store, but here I am. First, I love Publix in general, I used to shop at the Brookside location but when COVID first hit (pre-masks) it was just too busy for my comfort level so I sought out a different location.When this Parkland Commons location first opened, I started going there but you really had to check the dates of your food because many times it would be a day or two near the expiration date. Sometimes even expired so I stopped going. I suspect it was because that area was so remote that they didn't have enough business. Fast forward a few years, a lot of new communities and COVID.....this location is awesome. I decided to try it out at an off time and I found my new Publix. It's rarely busy, it's super clean, stocked and every single employee asks if they can help you.
