Great Experience !!I've worked in construction and on the manufacturing side of construction products for ? ? that long...What was once a readily available paver had apparently gone almost extinct, at least within a 100 miles of Hilton Head. Honestly, I felt stupid Googling modular pavers but I had already lost 2 days hitting supply houses and when you see a company who's name is Paver Outlet, you give them a look.I only needed 100 pieces for a repair and figured they'd just give me the, "We Only Deal in Full Skids" song. After all, who'd expect Amazing customer service today.I was incredibly lucky to work with Hazel, who was fabulous ! If I were still on the manufacturing side, I'd have offered her a job by the end. She took my order, verified they were in stock, secured (4) quotes from LTL truckig companies and had those 100 pavers on their way a day later !Hazel also followed up with me at every step, even checking to see how everything was, after the pavers delivered.The trucker was great as well, very professional! He spun his 18 wheeler around and backed down the street, right in front of my house. I didn't know he was there till I heard his airbrakes !He had a pallet jack, a 5,000 lb. lift gate and a great attitude, so the delivery took all of 5 min. Even though the trucker is independent, Paver Outlet obviously has good relationships with good truckers, which is a feat in itself.Smooth, Seamless, Profesional with Amazing customer service !

I have placed 3 separate orders from Paver Outlet in the past 2 years. They have the lowest price that I could find. Their customer service representatives respond quickly. They keep you updated on the status of your order as well. I highly recommend reaching out to this company for a quote before purchasing from anyone else. You will be glad you did.

Wonderful service AAA! Top notch. Start to finish.We did 2 houses. 2 big rigs. Awesome service.Beautiful pavers. These are Cream and Camel.The pictures say it all. Wow!And I haven’t even pressure washed andput on a gloss coat sealant yet.

I found Paver Outlet and spoke with Hazel. Like most other things Pavers were on back order for several weeks. I asked her if she could find anything they had in stock and the quantity that I needed. She Got back with me quite fast with four choices in the square footage that I needed. Within a few minutes she sent over the invoice I paid with my debit card and my pavers arrived within a few days. I was very pleased with the service I received as well as the price.

Thank you so much, Ira from Alpha Team. I really appreciate you spent so much time with us to help us get what we like and unbeatable price. Be honest, it is the first time deal with paveroutlet. I found them through Google search.. I didn't knowabout them ,just wanted to to have a try. We communicated through email for about 3 weeks. I was finally convinced by Ira' patience and hardworking. I decided I would buy my pavers for my backyard patio from them instead of stores.and other companies. I really appreciate your help. Paveroutlet, you should pay Ira a decent rate. Top notch customer service, Jesus Colmenares is a great example of how all employees should treat customers. I visited 3 different manufacturer showrooms and they were all priced a $1+ per sqf more than paver outlet. Not to mention they couldn’t provide the product any faster than Paver outlet. Don’t waste your time, shop at Paver outlet.

I can’t sing the praises of Paver Outlet enough after my recent experience working with them. I’m a Florida homeowner with a paver driveway and currently adding a garage and expanding my driveway. Finding my matching pavers was almost impossible as the manufacturer indicated they were not currently producing my color match and they offered no time frame as to when they possibly would in the future. My contractor was at a loss as he could not locate my pavers anywhere. I found Paver Outlet online and when no one else could they located my pavers, both size and color, at one of their locations in Florida. We arranged for delivery for a future date and they arrived on time and were a perfect match. We also had to delay the original delivery date and they were very accommodating. I worked with Ira and her customer service was top notch. She responded to every text and phone call ASAP. I highly recommend Paver Outlet. Their service culture is outstanding.

My husband and I decided to redo our driveway ourselves with pavers, and we used Paver Outlet for all the materials. I could not be happier with this decision. Allan Demers helped me throughout the entire process with his great knowledge, tips and quick service, my driveway transformed from the worst to the best driveway in the neighborhood. I have received massive amount of compliments on it. Not having any experience doing this type of work, it was quite a big job to undertake. However having Allan available and his responsiveness made the project move along smoothly. The completed driveway is just over 700 sq ft. which is much wider than the previous old asphalt one. It's great to have that extra width. I bought 8 pallets of pavers, 10 cu yards of crushed lime rock for the base, and 7 bags PolySweep. Also used paver edging strips, base sand and sealer. Cristina scheduled my deliveries and they all arrived timely. I calculated it out, and I saved almost $4,000 from the contractor quotes. So my advice to anyone, you can do anything with a great company by your side, and some youTube videos, and the belief that you can do it.

Paver Outlet had the best price, many choices, great customer service and on time delivery. Very happy I bought from Paver Outlet and you should too. Call Christina, she is the best.
