Manny is fantastic! He was prompt on getting back to me and clearly walked me through the steps needed to get my mattress ordered and delivered the next day. He allowed me to pick the mattress on my own, explained the details I needed regarding overall height and base options. I am very satisfied with Manny's outstanding customer service!

Store is smaller than most but has a good selection. Stan is helpful and knows a lot about the product. Prices were higher than other chains near my house.

She was Very thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions above and beyond expected. We were visiting in Florida & needed to buy a mattress for family. We checked online, found Matress Firm in Parkland. We had a great experience- salesman was very helpful, asked us some questions & voila!! we found the matress that met our needs. Very pleasant experience - something not often found these days. Kudos to the manager in the Parkland store - he was great!!

Sierra was very friendly and helpful. She educated us about how and why to choose a specific mattress and helped us get the best deal in our price range. She even called the closest Mattress Firm to where we live and had them deliver our mattress from there.
