I had a very bad experience here on Oct 12th. I had previously come in for full highlights and the lady ruined my hair. I complained to the manager and she told me Jana would fix it - free of charge. When I came in, I confirmed with Jana that I would not be charged for ANYTHING today. She said yes. At the very end of my appointment, Jana says, “Actually the only thing I’m going to charge you for is blow drying and styling your hair.” I politely declined adding this extra service and told her I would be happy to leave a good tip for her hard work- but like I confirmed with her from the start- I do not want to be charged for anything today. I already spent $300 previously, only to have to come back and spend hours at the salon getting it fixed. Jana began acting very angry and said “You HAVE to add the blow drying and styling.” I again politely declined adding this extra service, feeling very uncomfortable that she is pressuring me so much to add extra services. Next thing I know, the entire back of my shirt is bleached- completely ruining it. She looks at me and says, “Oops, I don’t know how that happened.” It was very clear from her facial expression and body language that she bleached my shirt on purpose. I even saw her smirk at the receptionist as I was leaving. I am extremely disappointed in this place and had a horrifying experience being harassed by your employees. DO NOT waste your money here- terrible experience!!Services: Haircut

Extremely excellent experience here! I just got my 24 Karat Keratin with Rose and I would highly recommend her! She's fun and so courteous and friendly! I LOVE my hair!

Belkis did an excellent job. She is very professional. But the cashier charged me too much for the highlights. Full highlights are more than double of the partial highlights .

Excellent job done by Jana!!! She took me in with my hair completely messed up by someone else. The cut was horribly done, and it was all stained and a lot of WHITE highlights, and damaged. Not even close to what I wanted to start with. THEN Jana worked her magic, fixed the cut, the color, and even my hair looks and feels so much healthier! She knows what she is doing and she does it beautifully!! I recommend her work to anyone looking for a professional, who will take her time to understand what you want and know what type of hair you have and recommend alternatives to achieve the look and color you want. The salon is nice and clean, the price is reasonable!!!!

Had the appt booked for over a week. The stylist called about 2 min before the appt saying that the online booking tool didn’t allow for as much time as she needed. I booked for 2.5 hours and she said it would take 4 or more hours for balayage. She also said she was running about 20 min behind. I was stuck in traffic so I said I would grab a bite to eat and come there. I got there about 15 min after the appt and supposedly about 5 min before she was done with her other client according to the phone call. I waited another 25 (40 min after the original time) and she was not done and had some time to go on the other client. I left. Then I received an email showing my appt was an hour later and saying I was a no show. What? I was the only person waiting so they knew I was there. The stylist even acknowledged my wait at some point by saying she was almost done. Even though she wasn’t. Shady business changing my appt and sending that email. Professionalism was poor overall and my time should be respected more. Avoid if you can help it. This was so disappointing.Service: Hair coloring

Do NOT book here! Several times, I had to wait a significant amount of time for the stylist I booked-Beth. The first time, I was passed along to an apprentice/assistant to begin blow drying my hair. "Liz" came in to save the day, as the quality of the blow dry by the assistant wasn't up to par. Liz was and has always been very good with her blow drys.Most recently, I called the salon ahead of my scheduled appointment inquiring if Beth was "running on time". Beth communicated that she had to shift some appointments around and that yet again I would be passed to another stylist. Upon entering the salon, I realized the stylist I was being "passed to", was that same assistant. I humbly declined and walked out of the salon vouching I will never ever go back! It was a holiday for me and I had family and friends visiting from out of town. Terrible customer service!!!! Oh, and when you book a Groupon...be prepared for the additional fee when you have anywhere near longer hair past your shoulders! So Groupon is not a Groupon at that point.Service: Blowouts

My appointment for low lights was a very bad experience. I went in for a consultation for half a head low lights on my gray hair. we selected medium ash for the color. My appointment to have this done was a week (plus) later. A full head of low lights was done without my permission and another color was added to the original color selection. This made my hair too dark for my skin tone. In addition, the result looks like a full head was died dark brown. Ticker shock as well. will never do back. I need to find a good colorist to correct this horror before my the holidays

I have been coming to this salon for some time now. A previous hairstylist caused a lot of damage to my hair and Jana has helped my hair regain its strength back. The treatments that she has recommended for my hair has helped tremendously !! She’s an amazing stylist and honest!! 10/10 recommend.Services: Blowouts
