I went to the big clip salon today. The Russian lady cut my daughter's hair. At the time of payment I gave the $9.99 coupon and I would like to tip, but in my concept if the total cutoff amount was $15.00 and I had the $9.99 coupon I would only have to pay $5, 00 But the woman started to speak loudly, saying that I had to pay $15.00 myself and trying to explain that I was wrong and I had a coupon, but as I am Brazilian and my English is not so good, she started to speak loudly to me saying that she was not understanding what I was trying to say, he was very rude and asked loudly if anyone spoke Spanish, and the customers started laughing I felt very embarrassed and humiliated. If the place offers a coupon, the employees have to be patient to explain how it works and not start talking loudly and being disrespectful to the customers. I didn't like this woman's service!Service: Haircut
