Charisse made it so easy to find the right blind in the right color for our dining room. Our duette blinds arrived quickly and installation was almost immediate. This is the second time we have used them and I happily recommend Fantastic Windows.

I purchased ALL of the window treatments (roller shades, luminettes, silhouettes, drapes - both stationary panels and electric - and even some wallpaper) for my new home from Fantastic Windows. The pricing was reasonable and along with the professional and knowledgable advice I received, I am extremely satisfied. I received great suggestions about where to save money and where to spend a little bit more for other items. I even had to make a warranty claim for one Hunter Douglas item about 2 years after it was installed and it was taken care of promptly. The new owner Charise is as lovely as can be and I recommend Fantastic Windows for whatever you may need.

I bought window coverings approximately 11 years ago for my entire condo. Joanne was incredibly helpful and her pricing at the time was the best. However, I am writing this review because where they really shone was in their after sales service. About 8 months ago 2 sets of the coverings (the most expensive ones i would point out) split - this occurred well after the warranty period with Hunter Douglas expired. Charisse, who now runs Fantastic Windows, was amazing. she worked with Hunter douglas and some how I was able to get both of these coverings replaced at no cost to me (except for a small fee for installation to the independent installer) I cannot say enough great things about Charisse - she is fantastic!

I went to Fantastic Windows in March 2022. First I took a look around while her secretary was there.The assistant didn't know what I meant when I asked for Chenille material and barely could help me with anything. I had to make an appt. with Charisse the owner who is hardly ever around. When I finally had my appt with Charisse she REALLY wasn't interested in hearing about what I wanted and tried to sell me hardware that was her highest upgrades. I was just getting window treatments for 1 sliding door and 1 kitchen window with no electronics or pulley system and the estimate was 4,900!!! It is shocking that this estimate was so high...keeping in mind NO electronics and NO pulley system of any kind. I decided to look elsewhere and I would NOT recommend this business.

I have worked with this business for over 20 years . Outfitted a few units with products . Hunter Douglas has been a super product to have in my apt . The solar shades really Help keep my home cool. The business recently has changed owner and Ms. Rodriquez has extensive experience in decor . I look Forward to seeing her business grow . I would recommend this company .

Hunter Douglas products are the best and the quality is next to none! Had a great experience dealing with Fantastic Windows staff. The Manager, Charisse Rodriguez is very professional and took good care of me. Excellent customer service, kind and easy going. Highly recommend!

Never in my life have I been spoken to like I was spoken to by Fred the owner. We had an estimate for a plantation shutter when we first moved into our home. We decided to wait and have the shutter placed at another time because the cost was more than we had expected and it wasn’t an immediate necessity as other things needed more attention. Fast forward to today when Fred told me since it wasn’t a priority when they originally measured, that he wouldn’t make me a priority now. Wow. I was merely calling to ask for a time range of when someone would come out since I had called over a week ago and never received a response other than “someone will be out when we have time.” I never asked to be a priority but I do expect a time range. As he belittled me and yelled in the phone he told me mid-July. No thank you Fred, you’ll never be asked into my home. This man is hateful and rude and disrespectful. I’m shocked he’s still in business.

I rarely if ever will post a negative review but felt compelled to do so in this case. I will try to be brief. We had some window treatments installed and within less than a year, one of them broke. We called, emailed, left voice mails, respectfully explained the situation and politely requested service. We weren't getting a response. Finally, I reached the owner on his cell phone. What happened next shocked me. He exploded at me in an angry and profanity-laced tirade, basically saying how dare we question his work and so forth. (Can you imagine screaming at a customer in this day and age?) He ended the call abruptly by hanging up on me. We all have bad days--and perhaps he was having one that day---and we never know what else is going on in people's lives-- so I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I waited for a call back or an apology but never received either. I reached out one more time but my follow up request was ignored as well. So---I called another company and ended up having to completely replace the window covering. I respect and am glad to see that other reviewers have had good experiences with this company. That's the beauty of these sites---you usually see both positive and negative reviews because customers can legitimately have completely opposite experiences. But as a business, you should probably expect that poor service followed by berating and screaming at a customer is going to get you a bad rating and a negative review. Our experience was very poor.

A poor display of customer service and professionalism by the owners of this retail store. We did not place our initial order of wallpaper and plantation shutters through them, however when we returned to possibly order additional paper and blinds, they refused to help us and demanded we leave the premises. They were extremely arrogant and the husband got in my face and told me to leave immediately. Who does thIs in a retail business? What happened to the consumers right to shop around? There were no customers in the store; yet, they can be so independent? So be aware if you shop around and don't buy.. you will not be welcomed back. Did they not think we would share this with friends and community plus social media?

We have used Fred and Joanne at Fantastic Windows for years and are always pleased with their service, price and follow-up. We never consider any other window treatment company when we change out treatments. They are #1 in our view!
