Tried to call regarding a prescription and got auto attendant. No way to speak with pharmacist. had to leave a message. This is why I always use Walgreens for superior customer service.CVS is used only rarely when GoodRx cost less than Walgreens. Would never make CVS my first choice as they obviously don't care about customer service.Major FAIL

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY EVER. THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY RUDE TO SAY THE LEAST. They lie about NOT having your prescription ready and will give you an incomplete order to then make you wait another 30-45 minutes. DO not have this be your preferred pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my LIFE. The employees and the pharmacist are completely rude and incompetent. They refused to provide my medication for me that I have a PRESCRIPTION for. At first they told me to pick it up in 15 minutes and then when I returned to the store to pick it up they said I was unable to do so. I said this is urgent and I need my medication (that they never had a problem providing for me in the past). They refused to give me my medication. Very mean ignorant unprofessional and discriminatory. Will never return here again and highly encourage anyone thinking of using this CVS to pick up their medication to reconsider.

Worst experience today was lied to by pharmacy regarding medication needed . THEY LIED AND SAID THEY WOULD TRANSFER TO WALLGREENS AND ITS AGAINST STORE POLICY TO DO SO ! So here I was waiting for urgent medication and it was never being transferred!! LUCKY my Doctor called in a new script to Wallgreens !!! Pharmacy lied and put me in harms way !!!!! GOING TO SEND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU A COMPLAINT !

They are rude, you call and they hang up on you, they tell you to leave a message for them to call you, in the end they do not give a solution to your problem, it is assumed that if you call it is to give some information or to pick up your medications, in the end, no one wants to be sick.

I appreciate the coupons they give at the register. You can really get some good deals from it. The service was great as well.

Terrible pharmacy! My doctor faxed a prescription and they lost it. I went to my doctor and got a hard copy and a copy of fax transmission confirmation. I brought it to the Pharmacist and was met with incredible apathy. They told me I would need to return again in an hour to pick up my meds. I received a call an hour later telling me that they couldn’t process the prescription and that I would need to go see my physician for another one. They did not pick up the phone to call the doctor who could have easily sent a corrected prescription.This pharmacy has had tremendous turnover. The service continues to decline and the employees do not care about customers at all. There are dozens of alternatives and we are now exploring our options. I would not recommend CVS in general and definitely not these amateurs.

On hold forever. I shouldn’t have to be on Hold for over 20mins then someone answer and then put on hold again forever. Horrible service. I have to call back several times . It never looks busy when I go . Ugh Geez

The experience was horrible.Waited in line and totally ignored. Finally someone came over to help us and he could not communicate with us. Maybe we should go to the neighborhood pharmacy. At least they respect the customer. They understand we pay their salaries, not like your arrogant nasty employees.

Very poorly managed. Came here for a lab test twice. They state their computers are down. As if that is my fault when I was able to login online and make the appt. Asked to see a manager. Never gave to the dirve thru. A very poorly run location.

Terrible lazy staff. They filled the wrong medication on a bottle with the correct name on it. We noticed because the pills looked very different from our previous refills. They admitted their mistake but that was it. Today we came from the urgent care at 4:35 PM and they close at 5 pm and they said the could not fill the medication today , but that we could get it filled at the one in Yamato and 441. Really? they had 25 minutes to their “job” but they are too lazy.We got to the pharmacy they sent us and they noticed the had the medication “in process”. This pharmacy need to change their entire staff because they have terrible customer service. Won’t be going to this pharmacy any more until they publish that they have all new staff at the pharmacy

The pharmacy department used to be good until about a year ago. Now, service is unprofessional and indifferent. Don't expect an apology if they make a mistake.
