“Servicing my car at the dealer next door with a courtesy vehicle ready at hand was always a great experience. I was skeptical at first when i was informed Enterprise was taking over the courtesy vehicle process. My worries quickly disappeared after meeting Dylan. He's knowledgeable, attentive and his customer service skills are unmatched. I've had 3 loaner cars with him and I can safely say I know without a doubt every single time i'm given a rental Dylan has a clean car for me and more importantly a smile to go along with it. I HIGHLY recommend this Enterprise as it's not one to go unnoticed.”

“I gave it a four star only because it took too long when picking up the car. I made the reservation on line to save time at the counter but when I got there early in the morning, there was only one person to check out. The car also was not ready. I receive a Nissan Sentra that had the light on showing the tire pressure in the back was low. The car also had some problems like when stopped at a red light, the car throttled like it was going to turn off, and at times when changing lanes, the wheels kind of locked. Very strange the performance of the car. But when returned the car, and I explained the issue to the management assistant, Juan Guaviria, he was nice enough to give me a discount for the next rental and apologized for the inconvenience. I have rented a car previously from Enterprise and have been treated very nice.”
“Easy process! I got the car of my dreams and the effort I had to put in was very minimal! The red carpet was definitely rolled out for me ! The only place you need to shop for Exotics and I stamp that 10X!! 10/10”
“My rental experiece never goes as planned. 3 out 4 the times I came here I had to wait after my reservation to get my vehicle. I know what to expect so I try to be flexible . I give them 5 stars because the folks are great. Vehicles not being available is not always in their control. I can also see them trying their best . Cam and Tarike are amazing and they always try their best to make the situation better. Honestly the entire team is awesome.
There should be a better process in place especially when you have one of the first rentals for the day and the branch starts the day off with no cars . If anything the morning folks should be able to get in and out because their cars should be there from the night before. Anyways the team does what they can I appreciate them . Its hard to be sucessful when you dont have all the tools but they always hold it together.”

“I needed a rental while my car was at Infiniti of Coconut Creek's Collision Center, and they were the ones who actually contacted this Enterprise location so they can pick me up. Once I arrived, I still didn't have my reservation completed through my insurance, so as soon as I confirmed the address to where I was taken to, I went ahead and made the reservation, in which they immediately received. The process from pick-up to when I left with the rental was so fast. I think I was in the office less than 10 minutes. The only downside was that the car wasn't as clean as I was expecting, and it smelled like cigarettes. However, when I mentioned the smell, they made a note, so I wasn't stuck with any fees on my end. When I returned the vehicle, again, very quick and smooth. When asked how it went, I mentioned the cigarette smell and was provided a free upgrade for the next rental. I will definitely come back to this location when renting in the future.”

“Reservation and pickup process were smooth. I like that they offer a shuttle service (until 3pm I think) for customer pickup and drop off if you live within a few miles of the location. When I arrived to pick up my rental, it was already cleaned and parked out front.”

“My first time using this business. I reserved the vehicle online. It was a simple process. I had no problem finding the place. The place has two entrances. I would advise you to take the first entrance. You can't park in the second. They seem to be doing some landscaping work towards the front entrance but other than that the business looked good.I found the customer service good. The guy at the front was nice, friendly, and clear. My process was fast and easy. I signed some papers and picked up the keys to my new rental. The return experience was just as smooth. Sadly the place does not have a public restroom. I will probably use this business again. The price was fair and the experience was good.”
