Purchased a cake labeled "Golden cake with vanilla mousse". Filling was NOT vanilla mousse it was frosting! The same frosting that was on top of the cake! VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I needed a flatbed cart today for my purchases. Although I had already walked to both areas where they are usually kept (around the building and the front cart corrals on the parking lot) I asked how can I get a flatbed because they are not there. She instructed me to walk the parking lot to find them. She could have easily called on the radio for an associate to do so but preferred not to.
BJs needs to do a bit better in regards to training or conduct training refreshers as I have seen the lady work there for a while and that may be the problem.

I went to get gas at this location. Used a vanilla visa gift card. Put it in and it charged me what was left on the card $68.87 and wouldn’t let me pump the gas. Said sale canceled please see casheier. Go to tell guy he says he can’t help me go tell people inside they can’t help me. Go to the gift card they can’t help me…. Thanks bjs for stealing peoples money who actually need it.

I went to BJs today and did a online order/curbside pickup. I had such a great experience! I was greeted by the most respectful and kind employee, Rhyder. He was so helpful and went out of his way. The world needs more Rhyders.

Long checkout lines. Only had self check out. Then as you check out, it waste your time answering question to sign up for a credit card. I'm going to cancel my membership and just stick with publix.

The moron in the gas station wouldn't stop collecting the garbage to take my cash payment. Told me I had to wait until he was done. He had just started and was at the pump nearest the payment station. What kind of customer service is this? The garbage won't go anywhere while you take care of the customer. Time to setup a self checkout at the gas pumps for cash. This guy always is rude to everyone

If I could give the Parkland location NEGATIVE stars, then boy oh boy WOULD I!!!! The most incompetent customer service I have ever had the dishonor of coming in contact with. Prices for bulk definitely counteract the disgusting inflation we’re experiencing as a society, but not if I have to endure that one woman representative with her little reading glasses at the front ? EVERY time we come here it’s ALWAYS an issue with this lady. Maybe she doesn’t know how to count or maybe her days are just so boring she needs to accuse people of stealing to have some excitement in her life, but at least don’t throw our produce around, or do the bare minimum and stack everything back in place respectfully! I recognize common sense and consideration are hard to come by nowadays, but COME ON!!! Do better Bjs and vet your employees. I know PLENTY of good-quality people who are looking for jobs - let me know if you need assistance!

Do not use BJ’s app for this location. They never ever are available to complete app transactions. It is completely useless at this location. They’re not responsive and fail me every time. Purchasing power is wonderful. I choose not to shop at this location. I am not sure what happened in recent months for customer service at this location, but I am done wasting my time and spending my money at a place that doesn’t care about their customer. Feel free to contact me, although no one has responded to the last few post purchase surveys.

I don't mind waiting in line for lower-priced gasoline. I do mind waiting for people to wash their windows, the window washing station should be put with the air pumps are so people can get in and get out if they just need gas.

I went to BJs Wholesale in Parkland on Saturday. I used the Express Pay app. I am not familiar with the process but when I went to have the door lady scan my phone she made me wait in a very long line with my 86 yo mother. I don't have a problem going to the cashier but she was very rude to me and embarrassed me in this long line of people. She could have just directed me to the cashiers. I will never shop at BJs ever again and I will not be renewing my membership. Costco here I come. I would give zero stars if I could. There should be a better system to use the Express APP instead of waiting in line. What is the point of using the app????

I appreciate that this bjs doesn't card people at the entrance. Cust. service is great, kind greeters on the way out checking receipts, the employees at check out are ready and willing to help with a great attitude if I have problems scanning or issues with a price or coupon. I can tell that the manager is an excellent leader by the helpful nature of the associates. Thank you!

One cashier and 10 scanners! Supervisors walking around doing nothing! Allowing outside organizations to solicit customers at the front door, This company is ripe for union organizers!
