This is hands down the best AutoZone in Panama City, Panama City Beach area. I've experienced both normal sales and commercial side and both are treated the same. I probably have never spent more than 20 minutes in that store, compared to every other single store in the area I'll wait 30 to 45 minutes and sometimes that's just waiting on someone. The way this store is run is perfect. I'm to the point where I'll drive 30 minutes out of the way to go to this store instead of the others because it's still quicker than going to another store. My only complaint is with the app, where it's been wrong a lot about parts being in stock, and how hard it is to search for some parts when you have to be so exact, especially tools, I find myself having to leave the AutoZone pro app and go to the normal app to get a part number and then go back to the pro app and find it that way. But other than that I'm not sure if it's a Panama City issue, or an AutoZone issue but y'all really need to fix those other stores. I'm finally making a review here as I've been meaning to, but also just today sent me over the edge, where I've spent over 2 hours in three different stores because they all said they had the belt and then I get there and they're not there, and then I get the wrong belt from the second store and I'm at the third store I've tried and that's where I got to spend another 20 to 30 minutes just waiting to be helped. And that's with me calling the store before hand and asking them to set the part aside. There's always something that goes wrong at the other stores, and I'm completely over it. I hope someone important reads this and can fix these issues. This store how ever is perfect and all that whole team needs a HUGE raise!!!

Very nice and helpful, I called ahead of coming to the store to get something and someone was supposed to put it back for me and I come to the store to pick it up it somehow got misplaced, so I had to drive and few minutes away to another Autozone to get the same thing.

I was in a bind late on a Sunday, dead battery that barely revived enough to limp it here. Before I arrived, I called and spoke with Chad on the phone, who helped me diagnose whether it was a battery/starter/alternator issue. Chad also went out of his way to help me remove, replace, and test my battery with extreme professionalism and diligence. Great location and even greater staff, couldn't recommend enough!

Mr. CJ and cotton working at the Tyndall Parkway branch of AutoZone in Panama City Florida have went above and beyond the call of duty. They have helped me refused any tips and was very grateful to be there for me and critical time for me and I want to just let everyone know this is a great place and they run it so well and thank AutoZone For hiring such good people
