Lazy people guys in the was told they didn't think they had battery u was about to order online IT showed store had 4 available for pickup then one guy looked at my phone and went and look brought battery up to counter and told me hear you go im 57 year old I went out too my car got my son to come in get the battery for me scene Auto Zone does not put the battery's in no more this store was awful guy was just Lazy I bet they don't sell me anything else didn't even tell me to return my old battery to get some of my money back ? I have never been so disappointed in the way I got help in a Auto part store

A special thanks to Cotton W for going beyond professionalism for Autozone.
Had a situation arise and really needed the help and expertise on fixing my problem. After arriving at Autozone and having a sales agent, Cotton W, go over the possible problems he them gathered up his diagnostic reader and found out what was going on.
I needed a new battery. He explained what batteries best fit my Canyon Duramax and then helped me replace my battery at no charge. That’s pure professionalism. The world would be in a great place if we all acted like this Autozone Rep.
After this stressful ordeal I will always be loyal to Autozone. Coming from an old time Napa Guy, that’s saying something.

Wow talk about great customer service skills! Seth Keith helped me out on Sunday June 9th. My battery died out of the blue I got jumped off made it to autozone and he made sure I had the correct battery for my truck, installed it and doubled checked it ! Just to assure it worked.properly.

This is my second time trying callaway autozone instead of lynn haven. Both times I was treated rudely like an inconvenience. I also looked the parts up before hand. Without even checking the system I was told one was not in stock. The second trip I was told they didn't carry replacement hoses not even cut to length. I went to O'REILLYs and got help both times. Guess I'm changing stores.
