I bought my new car from Mark (from the Honda side of the dealership) and he was fantastic! Very laid back and not pushy at all! I would recommend him to anyone! Sam in finance was also fantastic to work with!

Facility has missing ceiling tiles. No food or beverages offered while waiting for vehicle. The staff hid that they damaged additional pieces during repair. Their lack of organization and trust was poor.

Car issues can always cause disruptions to anyone’s daily life, but having the communication and prompt attention to the issues makes all the difference! I’m so glad that Mark took the time to not only make me feel like I’m in good hands, but that he understood my concerns and frustrations. Mark took the time to thoroughly explain what I could expect with proper estimates and took the time to give me the best deal with complete understanding of my situation. We have bought three Volkswagens from this dealer. I can’t say enough good things about this group. Chad in sales was great and Mark Skaggs ALWAYS takes good care of us when we need service. I’ve dealt with many service advisors over the years at other dealers and have never found anyone I like better or feel more comfortable leaving my car with than Mark. Thank you!

I bought a used vehicle here last weekend and it was such a positive experience! We worked with Raian and Chadrick and they were both super helpful and friendly. I recently had my car totaled and I was so upset and sad to have to part with it, but finding a new car that I absolutely love and having such an easy time purchasing it really turned the whole situation around for me. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here and recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much!

I’ve purchased several cars and each time I dislike the dealership experience more and more. HOWEVER, Raian, the gentleman who helped me is absolutely amazing. The process was seamless, managers were great, and I didn’t feel pressured by Raian for anything. If you go shopping here, save yourself the hassle and ask to work with him. Love my car, thank you to the team there.

So I flipped (sold) a 2009 Volkswagen GLI I needed service preformed so I sent it to Volkswagen of Panama City had the work preformed. Not only was it one thing after another to the point where the cost outweighed the price of the vehicle. After the service was preformed and the car was sold. Mark the service advisor took it upon himself to tell the purchaser that we denied all kinds of service for this vehicle when the only thing that wasn’t repaired was a failing valve cover gasket. Now I’m out at least 2000$ because the person I sold the car to has stopped paying. And of course every time I call to speak to the service manager you will never guess who answers….. Mark. It always an excuse to where the service manager is or why I can’t talk to said service manager. Be prepared for Mark to take you for a good ride because he will. I appreciate the headache Mark. 3rd party disclosure risk here with service.

If I could give no stars I would . I drove 3 hrs out of state to look at a Camaro they had on the lot that looked nothing like the pictures . The salesman Raian was the most disrespectful so called salesman I’ve ever seen going from cussing at my parents to lying about the car . They had this Camaro listed at 32,999$ then when I traveled to their dealership the car jumped to 34,999$ with no warranty and only 59k miles . In the pictures tagged the car looks in pristine condition and in person the car had what felt like over spray and tree sap and was not detailed at all . The salesman Raian also loves to play a blame game saying I didn’t say I would be there when I contacted him twice to make sure the car was still there . I advise future customers to avoid this place at all cost and spend money elsewhere.
