Posting is Jane Leach. Normally I would give this location a 5 rating but my experience on May 29, 2024, still leaves a sour taste. I was in around 10 am and the store was busy. An agent came from the back and I was next in line. I explained my Samsung Galaxy messages app kept crashing and I didn't know if I had somehow developed a conflict between the Samsung and Google messenger. He condescendingly dismissed that out of hand and explained the Verizon messages was better. After a bit of back and forth, I agreed to that installation although I don't like it as much. Today in Googles news feed was an article by 9to6Google which explained the widespread problem with the Galaxy messages app crashing and the way to fix it. I guess because I am elderly he didn't want to take the time to search the problem.

My husband and I visited this Verizon store 30 April 2024 before noon time. We have purchased a number of phones there in the past and Verizon customer service recommended we visit this store and that they should be able to help us there. I was so upset and stunned as to how badly we were treated that I overlooked asking for the store manager's name. If it matters any, I wanted to inform her/him of what an unpleasant experience we had today while there trying to seek help on a small issue. We recently switched to another carrier after twenty (20 yrs) with Verizon...So Verizon waived a small balance that somehow had not been updated as yet. We were greeted by a so called specialist who was condescending and rude to us from the moment that I told him that we needed to see someone in customer service. We were not there to make a purchase. The young man's name, is Joe. He tried finding our account and could not help us. All the while, he was disrespectful and had absolutely no regard for the fact that we are Seniors. My husband and I left there totally dumbfounded by his attitude and rude behavior. Joe is definitely not the kind of employee a business owner or corporate entity would want to represent them. It doesn't matter the setting...everyone deserves to be treated with dignity...Joe is lacking trainng and good manners...

Absolute nightmare. Shame on you, Verizon, for allowing absolute jerks who are clearly not interested in helping nor customer service run this store. Seriously thinking that after 2 decades, it's time for me to move on.

The Manager is rude, dismissive, condescending, and ignorant to the hardware/software that Verizon carries. He might know the service to be fare, however, I wouldn't know. Not sure how he has the position of manager. Perhaps it is unnecessary to have regular interactions with self-confident individuals but regardless, I would recommend going anywhere else if you want respect from your customer service representative.

Went in to upgrade my phone an hour before they closed, was not aware that the security policy changed and I would need to be an account manager on the account to make changes. So I stepped out to my car and did that online and came back in the salesman helping me was super nice and helpful the entire time until the manager came out and he was the one who was rude It was 6:05 everything was said and done I just needed to swipe my card but didn’t realize my card was in my wife’s wallet. I explained I live 5 min down the street and can go grab it and come back or have her bring it to me. They refused the sale and told me they are ready to close the registers and go home. I understand I should’ve had my stuff ready but the attitude and resentment he automatically had towards me because it was close to closing time is absurd. Maybe you shouldn’t work in sales if you expect to get off right at 6 o clock.

I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store and had a bit of trouble setting up my new phone. Thankfully, Chris, one of the associates, went above and beyond to assist me. Despite initial difficulties, Chris patiently worked through the issues and got everything up and running smoothly. His expertise and dedication made the experience much more enjoyable. The store itself was impressively clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The associates, including Chris, were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful and friendly. Their customer service significantly improved my overall impression of Verizon, and I appreciate the team's efforts in ensuring a positive experience for their customers.
