Plenty of parking, long line inside but it moved quickly even with internet & credit card machine issues. Keith helped me with my passport renewal, he was efficient, friendly & professional.

The mail man carrier is always in the rush when he delivers mails in our neighborhood. He doesn't take his time to put mail in the mail boxes sometimes I found my mail on the ground. As he speed through the neighborhood I noticed he accidentally dropped the mail on the ground but didn't pick it up to put it in the mailbox.

After an awful encounter with the witch who works at the downtown location, I cancelled my appointment there and rebooked at this one for my passport. I can’t remember his name, I wish I could, but he was a sweet heart. Service was excellent. Professional. PATIENT. KIND. Answered all my questions. Thank you!
