I bought a 2011 Dodge Journey Lux ( black ) from them 3 years ago and it has been the biggest lemon I have owned. In the first 90 days of ownership, I had to repair a fuel leak, oil leak, coolant leak, they put the wrong battery so I had to get a new one. Now the AC only blows inside my dash, which is a $3000 fix, and the transmission slips. Did I mention that I'm the 2nd owner? Yeah.Wouldn't have given any stars but it made me give at least one.

So I bought a 2013 Kia Forte from USA Auto. I paid about 6 grand, 7 grand when you include financing fees. Plus they got my Mustang. Well they told me there was a warranty while I was still making payments. I drove it about 20 miles from the lot and it started making a loud knocking noise when I hit bumps, braked, accelerated or turned. I took it back to them and it sat there for a week. They ended up telling me that it was bad motor mounts. They bought the motor mounts but told me that I was on my own for repairs. I got them on and the old ones were worn but not bad. The noise was still there. I ended up taking it to Tuffy and got them to inspect it. Just on the suspension it had bad struts, tie rods, shocks and all tires were worn on the inside. Over 2k repair costs. All that is now repaired and the loud knock is still there. Stay away from USA Auto and if you have had a similar experience, message me. I will be filing a lawsuit and it will only help to have others in the same boat. I have been in contact with 2 people that posted similar reviews but I want more.

What a joke of an establishment. I’m sure you can find what your looking for anywhere else and won’t have to deal with this company. Everyone knows dumpy car lots when they see one but this is bottom of the barrel.

After looking at several cars at several other lots, I found myself at USA Auto and I'm so thankful that I did. Kenny was very nice and helpful from the minute we arrived. All of the staff there was great. I got a great deal on my Highlander and I love it! I found it very refreshing to find a nice, clean vehicle after looking at many run down and over priced pieces of junk. Super happy with my purchase.

I got a car from and was making payments on it and they told me that if anything went wrong with the car to let them know and they would fix it and they knew I had had kids..like two weeks later things started going wrong with the car and I told them and they said it was my problem and I had to fix it myself..so never going back here....went and bought a better car somewhere else and I'm very happy with it..but this place here USA auto is a scam...
