The people here were super nice, but the quality of service that I received is despicable less than eight hours later the paint on my toe is chipping. It is a gel nail polish, which are supposed to last much longer than eight hours. The paint on my thumb was not even completed. My nail art is horrible, they are different links and the colors that I asked for are not matching. I have a black and silver glitter paint on my finger when I asked for a solid black glitter Iām not a super confrontational person so I did not say anything while in the store because I cannot handle competition, it gives me , actual panic attacks but I shouldnāt have to say anything for my nails to be done correctly. I paid $120 for both my nails and my toes absolutely insane that theyāre not done correctly And already chipping.

I came with my daughter and sister and we all got nails and 2 pedis and a set of clusters amazing customer service everyone was great totally recommend for anyone just passing through or on vacation definitely check them out 10/10

Worst place ever. DON'T GO! The man who did my nails was extremely rude. Every time I asked him to fix something small he said no. My nails are all uneven and then when he charged me I didn't know they charge extra if you want your nails shorter!! And I ask him why they charged me more and he says that is because you wanted shorter I told him I've never been charged for that and he told me that's not true. Suggesting that I'm a lier!? No customer services at all. I had the worst experience ever.

Iāve tried many places in my area and Iāve finally found one that provides wonderful service; been going for a little over six months now. Chad pays attention to details and he is very gentle with the hands. Iāve observed the other nail techs do the same. Everyone is very nice and accommodating there.

Horrible the lady did my nails, not even 24 hours later one of my nails broke off when I went to open my door and then like after I left the salon, there was a lot of like bubbles and the paint was really bad and my gel polish was tripping off in less than 24 hours and I went back to get them fixed and they charge me to fix them. Do not go here.

My new salon! Since May, I have tried a few salons mostly with mediocre results. Today I tried U. S. Nails. Looking around one of the first things I noticed was how clean it was. That is always a plus when having something like this done. I was taken quickly for being a walk in. Chad was my technician. I showed him the picture I wanted and told him the color scheme and he said no problem. He started the process and was super gentle and took his time to make sure he didnāt hit the skin. Once he was done with the initial old polish removal, he realized how poor of a job the last salon did. He said he didnāt want to talk bad about another tech and I told him donāt worry about it, I know how bad they were. He fixed their work and went to work on the new nails. He was very precise with what I asked for. Over all I am SO pleased. Will definitely be back.
