Stopped in to drop off some postcards for USPS pickup. Service was quick and friendly, and the staff member at the counter was especially pleasant and helpful. Good experience overall.

How is it that you guys have the hours posted that you guys are closing at 3pm on a Sunday, but have your doors closed at 2pm? I always have a great service when I come in but I am not very happy with how you guys are very misleading with your hours.

Always professional and friendly. They do get busy, have patience! Or pick a time of day for low traffic. Early morning is best from my experience.

I have allergies to perfumes and colognes. The smell will knock you out when you walk in the door. Use just a little bit, don't bath in it!

If I could leave no stars I would was struggling with return and neither one of the employees would help at all and then they wanted to laugh because I asked for help and they treated me like I was stupid will never come back to this UPS again

Been in Panama City for over 6 years since Hurricane Michael.
This is the only business that is 100 percent on top of there game.

Terrible ups lost my package have to pay so much to ship very important package and get lost have one job can’t even keep track terrible experience with ups and FedEx always lose everything on job can’t do it right

Scott is the absolute best. He goes out of his way to be helpful. I ah e used this location to print photos, print posters, show programs and send parcels and am always impressed.

I ship out packages several times a week, so I'm a regular at this UPS store. This team totally takes the cake - they are top notch in every way. The store is clean, bright, and pleasant. (My kids always comment that it smells good!) The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. My mailings are usually simple and straightforward, but I have noticed that no matter who they are helping and how complicated the sale or issue may be, they are SO kind. They really know their business and they know how to guide customers through the process, even if it's complicated. This is one lucky manager to have such a great team!!!
