Shocking service. I have a package sat in PC for 3 weeks, have emailed UPS with a forwarding address 3 times, and still no delivery status change since 3 weeks.... send it back, and i will send by DHL... seems UPS wants to kill off our small businesses

I had a package delivered from Amazon. It was sent back because it said my address didn’t exist. No one from UPS came by my house. I have very large numbers on the front of my house that clearly make it evident of the address. I also have cameras at the front that would’ve shown that they came by. No effort was made to get me my package. UPS is not very helpful.
UPDATE- UPS HAS DELIVERED TWICE WITH NO PROBLEMS THANKS FOR GETTING THIS FIXED!

Ricky Furniss handles my packages for the office with care and delivers in a timely manner. He always has a smile and says Hello. UPS is lucky to have such a kind and hard worker.

Our ups driver refuses to deliver packages to our house almost half to three fourths of the time. There is no reason for this. He will just drive by and then say undeliverable. It’s gotten so bad that I refuse to use them unless I have no choice!!

WORST SERVICE EVER, THEY LOST MY PACKAGE OF OUR CUSTOMER AND NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO US, DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE THEY LADY JUST SEND US TO LOOSE OUR TIME AT THE UPS MAIN OFFICE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE, THEY JUST STOLE OUR CUSTOMER PACKAGE AND THESE PEOPLE OF THIS OFFICE DO NOT CARE AND THRU OUR CUSTOMER FROM THE STORE, THE WORST PEOPLE EVER.WHAT I RECEIVE THE STANDARD WE ARE SORRY ANSWER, DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE LET THEM CLOSE OR CHANGE OWNERSHIP, YOU CAN FIND MY PHONE NUMBER AND CALL AND TRY TO BE NICE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE,
