It’s always nice when the employee helping you audibly laughs in your face, in front of other customers, over a statement you made told to you by another U-Haul employee. I have a social anxiety diagnosis and this is one of many reasons I hate dealing with people. ?

Customer service is lacking and there is never enough help. I made an APPOINTMENT 3 days in advance (well in advance per their 24 hour notice) to access my u-boxes and after waiting 2 hours they still weren’t available. Will be glad when I no longer have to use their services.
