“Hard working people. Went into the office to rent a car dolly to move my jeep across town to store at a friends house for a couple of months. Waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come in and help me, which is not a problem, because this place is huge! Met with Blake and told him what I needed. He printed off paperwork went over the important info and I was off to see Caleb to hitch up the trailer. Caleb was working on cleaning and fixing other trucks, so needless to say he was working hard. Told me to pull around and he would hitch me up. When doing a light check he fixed one of my terminals on my wiring and lights worked. Had to have the trailer back by 5 pm and literally got there at 5 anticipating the gate to be closed, but Blake was still there helping people as they were turning in trailers and trucks. Definitely go back and support this business.”

“Lacey, the lady I dealt with, is professional, courteous kind and will bend for you if necessary…. She gets 5* all day long… warning !!! even the best rep. can’t keep the facility open on weekends… I didn’t ask, why would I, i truly only need the truck for 5 hours BUT Murphys law reared its head, my trailer winch broke putting me totally stuck until 1030 pm.. so, weekend charges very nicely adjusted by the capacity Lacey had to help me out, the charges are real… so make sure you understand the rental return and office..”
