I had a pleasant experience when I requested air conditioning repair during Labor Day. Shortly after I reported the issue, Mr. Adam Dotson arrived and promptly resolved it with his professional and friendly demeanor. Mr. Dotson's willingness to assist would warrant a rating exceeding five stars.

Put in a work order for mold growing.. idk what they did but I got an email saying they fixed it... How when there is still mold growing, also never gave permission for them to come into my home with me not there.. so if they came in and done anything it wasn't with my permission cause I never seen anyone

One of the worst apartments I ever lived in, and it looks like nothing has changed since when I was there. People putting bleach in the washing machines, we didn't have screens on our windows for months and when they finally installed them they did it so badly it was like never having them in the first place, stupidly bad customer service, etc. The cherry on top was when Hurricane Michael came through right after I moved out and they kept the deposit for damages the hurricane did. Please stay away from here if you can!!

Worst apartment ever I had roaches and they did nothing about it to fix the problem. I had moved out after being here for 2 months. I draw the line when one roach was crawling on me when I was asleep. I can’t do bugs especially if they are in my food, pots and pans, also on my furniture. Had to throw away most of my furniture because of it.

My sister rented an apartment here and lived with black mold for 9 months. Slowlaunda in the front office was no help. Her ceiling actually fell through when I was staying one weekend! Mold everywhere, she blamed it on steam from cooking, and not changing the air filter. Yeah okay slowlaunda!! We had to pay $575 for a black mold test to be ran for her to get out of this hell hole they call turtle trace! No they didn't offer to refund that either. So if you wanna live under a slumlord and cut time off your life move on in! I talked with people around the complex mold wasn't just in her unit. They painted over mold before she moved in so I know the next person will have the same black mold. Slowlaunda needs to lose her job!! And honestly haley residential needs to be sued. Anyways don't live here they suck!

Horrible experience. The pool is always down and the lady working the front desk told me I was “bitching” which you cannot say in a customer service job. Especially not if you're the manager.Beware!

I've lived here since 2020 and i haven't had much issue aside from having to fight for the parking spaces. Office ladies are super nice and maintenance is pretty efficient too! (Although sometimes you gotta remind them of your issues since they can get busy)

I've live here since 2017, I love it here and the staff is great. I can't say enough good things about the ladies in the office, they go above and beyond for the residents and they maintenance staff is always here to help. Great apartments, great location and very quiet.

We’ve stayed here ever since 2020. Never had any major issues as far as the apartment itself. If we do have any issues maintenance always comes in a hurry to resolve whatever issue there is.! It’s quiet for the most part and the office staff is very nice
