“This business is very professional and friendly! I received constant updates regarding my vehicle which was amazing to hear. The owner handled my aftermarket warranty for me which is top notch service. I personally understand the headaches involved with any type of warranty because that’s what I handle at my job primarily. And they are headaches, always have to jump through hoops to get something covered just to take care of the customer. If I ever need further work done to any vehicle I own that I can’t handle or don’t have the time to do I will absolutely bring them to this shop again!”

“I have taken my truck to Bills and Mr transmission... Was disappointed with both establishments. Since the first time I visited Affordable a year ago I have experienced nothing but EXCELLENT customer service. Recently I had another issue with my truck and had to take it in. It did take a little longer than expected. But when you're good at what you do and offer quality work I honestly don't mind the wait. I have been in the office a few times to witness Dustin's interactions with customers as I wait my turn. He's very respectful with everyone especially the elderly, and that honestly made my day! To the shop owner I have yet to meet, you should be proud you have an outstanding Shop Manager and great team!! I have nothing but good things to say about your business. “This gentleman knows his stuff!!!!..he was able to look at ma car and within a few minutes he could tell what's wrong with my Jeep. What was even more amazing is that when he hooked it up to the computer he was spot on with his diagnostic! He was able to undo the major mess up that happened at the dealership. And fix all the problems made by the so called mechanics jeep had....20/10 would recommend. He's fair, knows his stuff, keeps his work space clean and make you feel at ease with him taking care of your vehicle regardless of make or model.”

“Great customer service and friendly staff. They rebuilt my transmission 2 years ago & did a great job. Transmission is still strong no problem’s at all. Bill was more then quoted by a few hundred so couldn’t get extended warranty but luckily I haven’t had no problems. Highly recommend for transmission rebuilt, my was the famous 4l60e. Monster transmission built a bulletproof 4l60e that didn’t last 5 months for me A1 transmission rebuilt mine and still strong 2 years later.
