“Great service here at Royal Tire in PCB! I needed a new front drivers side tire due to an asshat person dispersing their construction screws in our parking garage.
I saw their shop when driving through town & being that I prefer small businesses, I decided to walk in today and inquire with the shop owner about a tire. They had me in and out the door in 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon (!!) AND had the best price OTD! Even when compared to all the corp tire shops! Great work, guys!”

“The service is impeccable and the quality of services is superb.. You can’t beat the prices the service or the quality anywhere I can promise you that. Since we have live here we have had to bring our truck there a few times with completely different issues and every time it’s been scary because when your car breaks and you have a two year old and you have no idea how long you will be with out a vehicle and you have no idea how your gana get the money to pay for it to get fixed don’t be anymore because Alford Tires and service center literally fixed our truck every time it break that same day I mean with in hours and when we get there to pay we are shocked that we brought double the amount they actually charged us. They should really get 5 stars but I can’t give 5 because they forgot to put our front hubcaps back on and then I had to prove that they were missing by a recent picture . That was embarrassing.. I’m sure it was an honest mistake because they are so fast at what they do. Thank you Alford you got a good team…”

“A solid five stars!. From the moment I walked in for an estimate to when I picked up my vehicle, their staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They did not discriminate because I was a female, which is something I have experienced elsewhere. I also witnessed an elderly customer pay with change because that's all she had...and the staff literally counted out nickels, dimes, and quarters on the counter to help her. It was so kind.
The cost for four new tires was exactly within my budget, unlike some corporate locations who estimated twice the amount. The tires were ordered and arrived within two business days. I dropped the vehicle off at 8 AM and it was ready by early afternoon.
They also serviced my A/C for a very reasonable price. They even do basic oil changes. I will definitely return for all my auto needs.
Edited to add that I had a very pleasant experience with Ricky, despite what a few other reviews state. He gets straight to the point quickly but explains everything completely. Additionally, the young man who handled my initial estimate and final payment was training and Ricky was very patient with him.”

“Very helpful staff. My only complaint is when I asked a employee about maybe bringing back the premier chocolate/ peanut butter flavor. Instead of checking on it for me. I was just told I'd have to order it online. I don't understand that part. I spend at least 500-1,000 bucks a week with y'all. Can yall please bring it back.”

“I went in there to get a new drivers side rear tire because it had a staple in it When I picked it up, they had changed the passenger side rear tire. Mason advised me that he tried to call me several times and my phone went to voicemail so he made a decision for me because my passenger side rear tire was separating. I really appreciated that because it was a safety issue and it made me feel good that he was looking out for my safety. Very thankful!”
