I understand the purpose here. I stop I. All the time but rarely purchase. Prices can be pretty high for used items. I think if things were price more reasonable more people would come. But thank you for what you do.

When we walked in we were greeted. Looking around I saw a lady huddled behind the desk with her hood on, and face in her phone. As I looked around I saw tags that said on eBay it’s this price, and here’s our price. I really hate when places do this. Most people when they price based on eBay or any online platform aren’t looking at actual recently sold prices, they are looking at listed prices. I was interested in a nicknack. I didn’t realize that the lid wasn’t properly fitted to the bottom. When I went to check the price the top fell and broke. My other half called out and said you broke it you’ve bought it. I called back saying I know. We laughed it off. After not finding anything else I headed to check out. I let the lady know I’d dropped it, I did still want it. After I said that the only thing she asked was if I still wanted it wrapped. Not wanting to inconvenience her I said no. Between the pricing and lack luster service we won’t be back. It’s a shame because we like to shop at places that support animals.

This store is absolutely awesome! They have better products in here than most of the other stores in town and these products are donated! And if you have anything of value that you're not using please donate it. There's thousands of animals out there counting on it.

Won't go back prices have skyrocketed since moving to new location. This was also the first public business without restroom facilities. I might have shopped more if I didn't have to go to Piggly Wiggly to use restroom

For a store that relies on community donations, I suggest that the manager not be rude, judgmental and hateful to people going through a hard time without knowing what's going on. I will never darken their door again and I will dissuade people from going there

The store was in a strip mall and some employees had their own office. It was very organized but mainly expensive furniture. Everything was way overpriced. It was not designed for a bargain. I feel sorry for the animals because most of the money goes to renting a store in a strip mall and paying salaries.

The people here are so nice!! They have a store kitty who is super friendly and soft. The selection is beautiful and good quality. I would highly recommend stopping in! I’ll be back for sure.
