I absolutely love living here, so quiet and everyone I’ve met has been nothing but kind! It’s literally like a little resort- the gym and pool are amazing and there’s plenty for my dog to do! She loves walking around the apartments and playing in the dog park (she doesn’t like the doggie baths but I’m grateful for them, lol) and my husband likes that we’re right next to a golf course :) you also can’t beat the location, central to everything you would want to do!-Emily and Jason Little

I’ve had a few bumps in the road living here for over a year now, but management is always quick to respond. The staff is super friendly, grounds stay clean, and it’s overall a lovely community! I resigned my lease, so that says a lot. Best bargain for luxury apartments in PCB!

We have lived at The Tyde for about a year and a half and love it. The amenities are great and always cared for. We moved from out of state, and the location has been great for people who are new to town.

If I could I would give them 0 stars! If you are thinking of looking for a place and you think this is a good place, I recommend not renting. The most racist people live here. The administration is terrible. There is a lady who yells at you and treats you badly!

Night and day difference between here and other apartments in the area. Elegant fixtures, thoughtful details, and beautiful place to live. Tracie was very professional and high energy at showing; Cameron completed my move-in paperwork and welcome package. Highly recommend.

A definite NO… NOPE … NO WAY.Looking to help my daughter get an apartment. Office Manager / Leasing Agent extraordinaire (blonde middle age lady w glasses) should NOT be dealing with the public- she was rude, uninviting and unapologetic for her attitude and demeanor.I could not imagine committing to a lease at the Tyde and having to interact with this office manager on a regular basis for the next 12+ moths.Consider yourself as warned ? Lots of excellent apartment choices in the area, and the Tyde is not one of them.I should probably simply thank this lady at the Tyde for helping us narrow down our list of choices from 3 apartment complexes to 2 ?

We're happy to call this place home. We relocated here from Tennessee several months ago. We visited eight(8) upscale apartment home complexes in the PCB area. The Tyde has not disappointed in delivering top notch service, and amenities. The front management are friendly and very responsive to our needs. The groundskeepers and maintenance staff are ALWAYS visible making our grounds clean. Any maintenance request has been fulfilled within 48 hours. Valet trash service and a Starbucks machine in the social room are just two more amazing amenities that make The Tyde the place to be.PS... And being a mile away from the Gulf doesn't hurt. ?️???

I don’t know where to start, but what I know is that this place was one of the best experiences I have ever had, starting from management when I walked through the door. The place is beautiful, spacious feels like heaven for sure.Everyone was so nice and efficient, got my dates asap. It’s unfortunate I had to leave tho????
