We wee on vacation, and needed to rent a scooter for my wife . I needed a scooter for a 3 day rental. I got out the door with the first scooter, and it starting having issues . I took it back in, and they swapped it out with another scooter. I noticed on the first day, I was only getting 3 hours on a full charge. The next day, the battery gave out on me on the pier ,after 3 hours on a full charge.. I had to put in manual ,and push her back to the car in it. It wasn't working for us , so I took it back a day early. They open at 8am. I was there at 8:15.am I explained ,about the battery issues That I wasn't t really happy with it. I did t want to get charged for the 3rd day. They did not care. About any of my issues.They still charged me for the 3rd day, even though I didn't use it. You know there's business, and good business! This is just a business
