Sunsets shoes is an amazingly well organized store; after multiple fits, Janie and Nick helped me find the absolute best shoes for me. Nick also recommended some insoles; that are on a godly level of comfort, when I complained about arch support, if you’re looking for a pristine store with amazing employees and phenomenal customer service, go to Sunset Shoes and ask for Nick or Janie! I’m very happy with my purchase of On Clouds! Thanks guys!

Yesterday I went in to purchase a new pair of Birkenstocks for the fall. Addison and Giselle were attentive and top notch. I appreciated their assistance. I have been a long time customer and have never had a bad experience at Sunset Shoes. Thank you for your helpfulness and kindness. It goes such a long way, especially in today’s climate where quality customer service is hard to come by!

Great selection of shoes, a big sales room even some clothes and jewelry. Great place to go if you want to feel like you’re in high school again. Will not be returning. I don’t like being followed around every step I take. I also don’t appreciate whispering and snickering and when I look at you, you stop. I can only say great things about Sunset shoes! I came in with my daughter and granddaughters on a busy afternoon. We were greeted and personally helped the entire time we were there. I kid you not when I say we sent that young lady to the back for shoes multiple times for different sizes, colors and brands and she was never anything but nice and helpful! I left the store with 3 pair of On clouds and three happy granddaughters! This will be where we do our shoe shopping from now on when in Panama City!

Living in bay county my whole life and never came inside until recently when I bought some on clouds for work. Was having some neck and feet problems and these shoes has change my life. The staff was very helpful allowing me to try on a few pairs too see what would work the best. I highly recommend this store and would definitely be coming back.

Sunset Shoes has such a great collection of shoes and they give the best personalized service to meet your needs. Their team recommended I try Hokas and I wear them almost daily. They’re my favorite pair of shoes I own. I highly recommend choosing Sunset Shoes over other big name stores!

I have shopped here a few times and every time I do the staff is super friendly and very attentive. They always help with shoe sizes. They also have a great train set for my son to play with. 10/10 recommend

I've had two great experiences here. I purchased a set of shoe inserts for myself and then came in with my two kids to get shoes for our 15m old. They have a neat little toy table which occupied our 3 year old while I looked at options for our daughter. The friendly staff helped size her little feet and help me select 2 pairs of Naitives for her.

I wanted to get my first pair of OC. The young girls working helped me out and made sure I liked the shoes and how they felt! They were very welcoming ❤️ and it was my first purchase at sunset shoes. Will be back for my next shoe purchase!

I'm a bit peeved. My husband and I went into the store looking for a particular shoe. As we walked in there were several employees standing there. The man asked if we were there for a big purchase. To which I said 'sure' and we began to look around. Before leaving, I asked if there were any Sketchers for sale, to which he replied, No, we don't sell anything that cheap. And I said 'well, we like them just fine '.The part that I found upsetting was what I didn't hear but my husband did. One of the women said 'You were right, they didn't have any money '.Wow! I'm glad that I didn't hear that.What a bunch of rude kids you have working there.

This is a shoe store like we grew up with, where excellent customer service is the norm. I went yesterday to purchase shoes that I needed sized as they come in European sizes I am unfamiliar with. After ZERO service at Dick's and Acadamy Sports, it was so refreshing to have sales staff that knew their products and cared that you were pleased with your purchase. I did not get the 2 ladies names that helped me but they were both fantastic. If you want to shop where customer service is king and the staff super helpful, then Sunset Shoes is the store for you.
