Dirty, disgusting, wrong, the management doesn't care. Puts their family before other staff but when staff do what the family does they get in trouble. They don't care for how they make food or clean. The management is the problem. Pitiful human beings.

Michael was the only worker there. Even so, he did an amazing job, no complain, graciously took our big and wide variety order, everything was perfect. There was definitely a line due to only one person, but he just kept on going, order after order.And I'd bet he isn't paid enough or appreciated enough by the company to be such a great employee.

This evening went to this subway, no welcome on entry, heck no words for 6 mins. I finally spoke up had to say it 3 times "hi how are u all" before the one word said "hi". They had few more customers walk in and said nothing. They ignored us all. They should of been trained customer service rule one greet all customers on entry. Also yes call in orders are important but they could of finished with the ones they were in the middle of making and help those in the store, then finish call in orders. I kindly told them they needed to learn customer service and wished them luck. Management needs to do their job on training their employees before leaving them on their own. This is the 3rd person not trained before being thrown on their own. Or manager needs to be changed.I feel for the employees for it's not their fault.

Went in today and normally I have a hood experience but today was not like that. The man making my sandwich was not listening to me. He was on the phone with someone the whole time. Was making my sandwich sloppy. Didn't ask if I wanted chips or drinks. It was just an overall bad experience when it's normally not like that. It was just the big guy that was back there.

Clean with a friendly staff. We greeted when entered in the establishment. Didn't have to wait for my sandwich to be made. She even offered suggestions. The food selections was covered and wasn't exposed. Will return to this location again.
