Jeremy was fantastic! From the minute we walked in he was helpful and attentive. He answered all questions in a timely manner and showed us all of the requested storage sizes in person. The whole process was super seamless! Jeremy had great professional customer service. If i could give him 10 stars I would. Glad we found this place!

I recently had the pleasure of storing my belongings at Storage King USAand I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Jeremy, the storage manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I found the perfect storage solution for my needs.
The facility itself is impeccably maintained. It's clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. I appreciated the ease of access and the peace of mind knowing that my belongings were in good hands.

I have had a unit or two there for quite awhile now. Jeremy makes communication with this Storage King facility easy! Such an improvement! Very pleasant, polite, and professional and he always responds in a timely manner to any issue that arises. In this world of automated messaging, his actual answering of the phone for me is a bonus/blessing. Know you are appreciated Jeremy!

Just got to Panama city and found myself in a crunch space. I was able to completely book my unit and access it during a closed day. Even received the promotion. The next day Jeremy called and ensured I had no problem getting in and answered all my questions. Super nice dude. Facility was well kept and they do have multiple doors to accommodate different spaces inside, and we clean. When I found a place I took everything out and then forgot to close my account. Jeremy called again to ensure it was intentional and closed my account, thankfully as I might had forgot to do that. Thank you and I will be using storage king again in the future.

This is simply the easiest to enter site, the cleanest complex (including the restrooms), and Jeremy has always been knowledgable, friendly and, goes above and beyond on addressing any issues that invariably come up with the multitude of clients that use any storage facility. Jeremy was so helpful to us helped in every way he could explain everything to us to where it was easier for us and even helped us get a better dill on line and so friendly I recommend asking for him and if u are moving on a weekend this is the man u want to go see .thank u from the Cole's family
