I could stand no more of rate hikes, bait and switch,took the unit with an understanding, monthly charge was 48.00,, there's tax,on the unit, that was not disclosed, initially..ok,I have no problem paying sales tax,..the next month renters insurance added to fees.. with no notice or email,for a dollar more a month my insurance wrote me a policy covered my residence as well as storage.. renters beware, local manager doesn't return calls emails or written grievances.. answering service, Will talk to you but no contact with management..

I just want to start off my by saying Stephaine is the best worked ever if not for her I wouldn’t have a chance to get my stuff in last min nore the right size unit for me she has helped me in so many ways and she is a good friend. She is always my go to if have a problem, I can’t get in the gate , or if I just want to talk to her she literally is always there for us I 100 recommend her and these storages

I just started renting at the end of August. My payment was never processed for September. I called and left messages, but never received a call back. Now we’re in October, I called and left messages again, and even emailed. I finally get through to someone who tells me my payment is late and that I owe a $100 late fee, PLUS, I have to drive 6 hours back to Callaway to pay the late fee. No option up to pay my unit cost was offered. I was told an an e-mail would be sent to the owner to ask if I could pay it over the phone, but I still haven’t heard back. Am I going to be assessed another late fee? My belated husband’s items are in there. Please someone get ahold of me.
