So wife got storage and lost her job they said they would hold till got income tax go to pay it and they said they just auctioned it off. Don't say your going to do something and not just bad business!!!!!!!!

Facilities met expectations. Kept my stuff safe and dry. Staff were courteous, pricing was reasonable... Can’t expect anything more in a storage locker.

Had a storage here for 5 months so far. Every time I went the property was clean and everyone was so nice and helpful. It was pretty easy to get a unit rented and it all seems to be run well so far.

Placed items in storage after Hurricane Michael. When we went to remove our items almost 3 months later we found the roof had leaked and mold covered everything in our storage unit. The roof was still leaking as we removed our items.The manager will not call me back and was rude in messages after I tried to reach her for 3 days. Was told I would receive a call for days and nothing. Now no one will call me back and I have made several attempts to reach them. Very unprofessional people managing this place. We lost almost everything because of their lack of maintenance. We are now seeking Legal council. I do NOT recommend them at all. We took pictures of the roof leak and our items. Just disgusted someone would do this to fellow locals after we have all been through so much.
