I will start off by saying that I’ve been with them since 2006 with no issues of paying my policy and now that I’ve been displaced to another city hours away since hurricane michael, which is over 3 years, I am very disappointed and displeased at how I was just treated by Mr. John Thompson. For him to say he spent hours trying to help me get my insurance policy renewed due to Gulf Stream folding on a home that I haven’t lived in for over 3 years is very disturbing. This is a insurance company recommended by you that I’ve been fighting with to get the home repaired. So your couple of hours of work does not compared to over 3 years of work. And you have the audacity to talk to me in that manner. Well you just lost a loyal customer and I will make it my business to let everyone that I know and do business with know about this as well.

David Kirkland with St. Andrews Insurance successfully resolved the insurance problem that Randall and I were having. We no longer have any issues or problems with them.

Brittany Johnson was an absolute gem to work with. She went over and above in customer service and genuine concern for her clients. She worked after hours and on her personal time to meet our needs on short notice. I will send her all of my family business and encourage my friends to contact her for true customer service, professionalism and efficiency. I got a wind policy in July 2021, and paid a year in advance. Due to incompetence of my agent, (I’ve been told she filled out forms incorrectly), I began receiving bills for an additional $775. I called my agent to ask why the new bill? She responded not to pay it, she needed to download documents to get it fixed. She also said I needed a new roof. I contracted for a new roof and sent her the contract on October 5, 2021. On October 8th my policy was cancelled.Since then, other agents have called me and told me my agent was no longer with them and they were trying to straighten out all her problems. They also said I would get no refund from the insurance company that cancelled my policy, as I didn’t pay the additional $775. This non refund means I’m out $3000. I was simply doing everything my agent told me to-, and now the new roof will cost $20,000. To say I’m upset is an understatement. I’m only beginning this process, as I will complain to the state insurance commission next.
