My service appointment went good, but if I can make a suggestion. It would be nice to know what prices I was paying before arriving to pick up my vehicle.

I was visiting PCB from out of town. My 2023 Yukon XL Denali that I have had for 3 months was shutting off when I slowed down at red lights. This was not the auto stop/start feature. The lights would start flashing, it would start dinging, and a display came up on the screen to press start. Sometimes it would start right back after mashing the start button, but often it was taking several minutes to turn over and over before it would crank back. Needless to say, the cars behind me were not too happy when the light turned green and I would not go.
I was at Bill Cramer GM-Chevrolet service department at 7:00am on Monday morning. I spoke with Tyler Smith (my service advisor) and explained what was going on and told him we were visiting from out of town. I went on to tell him that we were headed home on Wednesday as he told me that it would be sometime Tuesday before they could diagnose it. He said that they were busy but he would do his best to work me in sooner. He put me in a rental car and told me that they could claim that on the backend with the warranty repairs. He also up-sold me for an oil change & tire rotation being that my vehicle only had 30% oil life left.
I left a couple messages for a call back after lunch on Tuesday. I received a call back about 2:30 from Tyler telling me that his technician drove it around for several miles and could not duplicate the same thing and that they would not be able to diagnose it before I left town. I told him that I would be there to pick it up in an hour.
Once I got there, returned the rental car, and then came back to the dealership via a courtesy shuttle, I was advised that I would have to pay the dealership for the rental car before I left. They did not diagnose my issue, fix my issue, complete an oil change & tire rotation, but demanded that I pay for the rental car. I paid them for the rental car and left. I noticed when I was leaving that my odometer had not changed from what it was when I dropped it off. I took a picture of this when I dropped it off and I looked at my service ticket to verify this as well. Therefore- There is no way that the service technician drove it around for “several miles to duplicate the same thing” I called Tyler and told him this and asked for a service manager to call me because I should not have had to pay for a rental car when they knew upfront my timeline and did not even attempt to diagnose my vehicle.

Matt Telesko the service advisor and Roy Holmes the service tech were awesome. They figured out what was wrong with my car and fixed it. They also gave me a complimentary Cadillac detail. My car smelled so good. I always enjoy the sent they use. It is the same sent you smell in their buildings. I was supposed to get a survey but I didn't receive it. I may have given the wrong email by mistake. Just wanted to thank these two gentlemen for their excellent work and great service.

Worst service center I’ve ever worked with!I have purchased multiple vehicles from Bill Cramer and their sales team is FANTASTIC, but their service department is HORRIBLE. I’ve never had a good experience taking any of vehicles to this service center except for EXPRESS SERVICE. The full maintenance team does not call to provide updates, does not return calls and is very customer hostile. My most recent, and last time using this service center I scheduled an appointment for Monday 7am for a diagnostic. I dropped the car off Sunday night. I called Tuesday for an update being that no one contacted me Monday. I was told that “check engine” lights were low priority and they would get to it in a couple of days. Not sure how it can be low priority if I had an appointment. I then called Friday morning and was told they would bring my paperwork to a technician’s tool box for diagnostic and call me back the same day. I called at 3:30 Friday and was told the same thing (that they would take my paperwork to a tech) and that they would diagnose my vehicle Monday morning. I told them I would pick up my vehicle that day because this was unbelievable and I hade been waiting a week just for the diagnostic. And this is not the first time this has happened, I’ve experienced similar issues with my Cadillac.I own 2 GM vehicles, both under warranty that I be taking to Marianna GM. The service at Bill Cramer has been so horrendous that I will never purchases another GM vehicle ever again. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

I came in for an oil change and the service specialist advised that my tires were in need of replacing. We had plans to travel out of town in two days and would need these changed right away. Cameron Sauls was amazing in locating a new set of tires and getting them to the dealership within 24 hours. Cameron did a great job of updating me a couple of times during the process and assuring me that everything would be done in time. Thank you again Cameron and the Bill Cramer GM express service center.Michael Lyng

Went to the Express Service on a Saturday at about 11am so I was surprised that they could not only get me in for an oil change, but that it only took about an hour and a half. Apparently we were two weeks late getting our first oil change for free (it’s a new 23 model) but the service manager gave me a very generous discount. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars was due to the fact that when it was completed there were oily hand prints on the doors and hood, oil/grease on the shift knob and steering wheel, and the ‘oil life’ reminder had not been reset. I also had the tires rotated and there was grease/oil all over the rims. That last one is just me being super picky, but I thought I would mention it. Hope someone reads this and mentions it to service techs. I will certainly be back, just hoping for a little more TLC for my investment that I’m trusting them with.

5 Stars for their sales department. Sadly the same can’t be said for my current experience with their service department.Lots of unanswered calls, average response over 3 days. I had to leave two voicemails and a text over the course of days before finally getting an answer.During my last in person visit, a phone call needed to be made for my repairs, I was waiting there for over an hour and a half and the call was not made. Finally I ended up having to make the call myself, get a hold of the people and essentially do the job myself then hand the phone to my service rep to get the info he needed.I really hope this experience turns around so I can modify my review but it’s not been great. I almost feel like I’m just getting in where I fit in and I’ve had to do most of the work to get my car fixed. Never had this experience before with any other service department. Why am I the one that seems to be working the hardest for them to take my money?I’ll say that the courtesy van driver is top notch
