I would like to thank everyone at Select that helped my husband during his extended stay here. The nurses, doctors, CNAs, and staff members were all amazing. This hospital is a wonderful facility for patients that need acute long term care. In my opinion everyone that works here is more like a family and I was treated like a member. Thank you Select Speciality Hospital in Panama City!

I was in Select Specialty Hospital for six months. I was treated with caring and kindness. I really like Dr. Khan. He always followed through. But my most favorite of all was Monique. She really pays attention to her patients needs and desires. She goes the extra distance to try to keep you happy.

I cannot describe the gratitude and the pleasure of dealing with this place! The staff is beyond amazing! My "dad" came here and he was well kept, groomed, extremely well taken care of. If I could give a thousand stars I would. You people are so amazing!!! It was a pleasure. Again thank you soooo much!

This place was a game changer for my mom’s wound recovery journey & making the decision to come here was one of the best decisions we have made! We did not even know that Select existed and were honestly nervous about going into a long term care facility of any type. However, one day here and our fears were gone! Everyone from food service to doctors were the best and made my mom feel important and well cared for! We will miss all of the staff here greatly! Michelle (RN- wound care), Brittany (RN- HS), Dr A. Khan, Monica (PT), Kim (house keeping), Shae (food service), Nora (CNA), Emily (RN) you will each hold a special place in our hearts! Thank you so Very much for each day you spent with my mom, everyone was exceptional, but this group really stood out in my mom’s mind and she adores all of you!

I am pleased with the care I received at Select Specialty Hospital. The Doctors Care was excellent. It is hard to be confined when you are a health provider yourself. However, the care I received from Drs Kahn and Hussain and the entire team members - RNs, CNAs, patient tech, the staff of the Case Management, Wound Care, Respiratory and Physical Therapy, housekeeping, and food service at Select Specialty Hospital help to put my mind at ease. It is wonderful to be treated with professionalism, compassionate care, and empathy. A special thanks to Doctor Kahn for taking extra time to methodically and accurately treat my unique pneumonia ensuring that the treatment I received was making a difference and helping me feel better. Dr. Kahn and staff and all the other employees of Select Specialty Hospital made me feel like I was in safe hands A big thank you to all of you.

Don't come to this hospital, they take forever to treat you and they are very disrespectful, the nurses talk to you with a bad attitude and they take a long time. My wife and I went to check and treat her and we have been there for 12 hours and the emergency room is empty. We are parents of 3 children.

Have you ever felt pure raw uncut evil? Me either, not until I encountered this place. The vibe is scary and there are very bad things that go on in the cover of night. After visiting hours, which, I think is a red flag anyways. What place doesn’t allow their patient to have an overnight family member or caregiver be around? Never have I ever heard of such crazy “make up as they go” rules and the disregard for life is staggering. If you have someone thinking about this place, I suggest highly that you tell them to not walk but RUN! Stay away! This place is evil and they’re all drinking the kool-aid. They’re all corrupt and liars who make up rules as they go to serve their agenda at the time. I was afraid, having a legal situation underway but it’s almost over and all I can say is be watching the news. There are a lot of shocking and disturbing elements to this place and it will all be outed soon. Have you ever heard of a hospital making commission off of intubating patients, or placing PEG tubes…there’s so much more. Psychological fear tactics played daily on my poor confused mother…confused because she had delirium from sepsis caused by a dirty Foley catheter that caused a severe UTI and septic shock. They’re nasty, the place stinks like black mold and wouldn’t you know my mother had yeast growing in her lung from exposure to aspergillosis. They tried to turn my sweet mama against me because I was perceived as a threat. I’m so glad I recorded and took pictures and notes every day. Keep your people far away from select death. This is a money making business, patient care is extinct in this dump.

Please do not take your family members to this place…. The fact that I traveled 3 hours to visit my brother and foam was coming out of his mouth. I ran to the nurse station and screamed for help reluctantly the respiratory therapist came to suction him. I asked if my brother was choking he dropped his head and replied yes. My brother was choking on his saliva with no supervision. If I hadn’t gotten there when I did he would’ve died… He got little better the next day and gain a bit of his voice back and was also trying to sit up on his own……. Then the nurse came and asked for our number just in case “something happens “ and then 2 hours after my mother and I left the hospital from visiting my brother for the day we received a call (I feel as if it was a planned call) bc why would she say that as if she already knew what would happen. But my brother did pass away that night….out of the blue Wowwwww….. How ironic?! Oh also the nurses stated that my brother signed paperwork for comfort care without my moms attendance but when I asked for the paper work Denise stated that they tossed the papers I’m like really????!!!!
