This 5-star rating goes to ADAM in the service department. We purchased a new 2023 Tiffin Phaeton from Cole. He was quite helpful and made purchasing the coach very easy from 450 miles away. There were no surprises on the pricing and settlement. Cole was going to be off the day we took delivery and had Kent lined up to help us. They were both very pleasant and professional. We took delivery on a rainy morning and had to drive 450 miles home as first time owners. Before we left, Adam talked us through several key tips for the drive home. He also gave us his cell number and said to call if we had any questions at all. We made it home that evening after a careful and anxious drive back. Just as we pulled into our neighborhood, Adam called and wanted to make sure we made it home safely. It’s like he knew exactly how long it would take us to get home under those conditions. Again, he wasn’t our salesman. He is in service. Over the next few days we were learning the coach and had a couple of questions. We reached out to Adam and he replied immediately. 5-stars isn’t adequate to rate the level of service and care we experienced with Adam. He’s a RockStar in our opinion. Thank you Adam!!

Don Hasty from RV Connections made everything about trading for the Cougar 5th Wheel fantastic. I really appreciate the patience Don had as we decided on the model as well as the patience he displayed as we waited for my trade to become available. We’ve already camped in the Cougar, everything seams to be working great, the floor plan is perfect for us, and maneuvering the Cougar is exceptional.RV Connections was a great find.Thank you for everything,Steve Bruining

My wife and I are working with CO to purchase an RV. He's been awesome, honest, and very communicative. I've had some bad experiences with RV dealers previously, like most. However, I can't recommend these guys enough.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR RV REPAIR WORK.I recently took my RV into have some things seen about at my local RV Connections in Panama City were i purchased both my RV’s.I had a decent size list. I spoke with Cody on the phone and he told me they were doing the seasonal maintenance package which basically would checked several things and then let me know what needed to be fixed. I also had a major repair of a stabilizer that was bent. So there were several things I was wanting to get quotes on. They had my camper for a few weeks and Cody called to tell me he had a quote for me and there was a few warranty items as well. Upon receiving the quote is was super confusing but I went through each item and decided what I wanted done and what I did not. I then called Cody and told him I would be down to go over the list in person because it was so extensive I wanted to be sure we got it right. I meet Cody and we went over the list and he and I were on the same page with what I wanted and what I did not want. I left the camper and was called a few weeks later and told it was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving my husband paid the 3700 dollar bill and went to get the camper immediately noticed the stabilizer was still bent and hanging. He checked the paper and confirmed it was paid to be fixed. He spoke with CODY and he was told they just missed it and would take care of it right then and it would take about 30 minutes. Upon walking through he noticed the fan was still not working and they then agreed to go ahead and fix that to as it was paid for. Upon arriving home and looking at the bill my husband brought I realized there were several several things that we were charged for and were not done. I called CODY and explained my concerns. He was super nice and agreed they dropped the ball on it and to come down the following Monday and we would go over the bill and get refunded what needed to be refunded. Cody was super busy and I was left with the service manager I’m assuming. He wasnt at all apologetic just kinda irritated he had to be dealing with me I think. I was super nice and explained everything and of course he had to check everything so after I would explain something he would leave for 20 minutes to go check come back and then say ok I’ll give u that back. Then almost like he was hoping I wouldn’t ask for anything else but I did and I went through a few things with him. This went on for almost 2 hours until I was refunded a little over 6 hundred dollars. That’s it. I should of been refunded so much more. There was so many things missed. Now I can definitely understand people make mistakes. Things gets missed even big things, heck I can even understand two or three things getting missed possibly. But everything literally everything. This is FRAUD. To be clear I do not mind paying high prices to have things worked on as long as the work is done. They are charging people and not doing the work or charging people for things they are not receiving like a new battery box that I was charged for and clearly it was the same old battery box. The labor for doing these things is not a book rate so they charge you based on the time it actually takes. So when they said it took the 4.5 hours to fix and replace a stabilizer jack where did they get that time from. Or 1 hour labor rate to replace a battery box, that was never replaced. I hope you’re following because this is FRAUD I mean someone said it took them this long and someone signed off. So several people are not doing thier job. I would understand if they were charging book rate. The estimate will give you book rate but then they charge the time only. So this is FRAUD. I have purchased 2 Rv from RV connection as we trade in every few years but I will not be returning to this establishment. The only person that even apologized to me was CODY. Like I said I understand people make mistakes but this wasn’t just one or two this was everything. So read your tickets and check what you pay for.

The dream team! What a great experience we had in trading in our 2019 TT and purchasing our new Brinkley z3100 from RV Connections, Panama City. The minute we spoke with Tonya (our Sales rep) she took control and we knew we were in great hands. Every email, every text, every communication was responded to quickly. She kept us informed and updated through out the entire process. We were negotiating with 2 other dealers for days/weeks, but in the end, Tonya and RV Connections made it right, have us the best deal and made us feel like family.Upon arrival is was great meeting the team in person, and during the new rig walk through and setup, the other members of the dream team Adam and Scotty took lead. What a great overall experience!Highly recommend RV Connections in Panama City.Eddy & Lucy CaballeroIG:@weRVenturingLIFE

I bought my Airstream at Rv Connections and the experience I got was unbelievably great! We got the trailer delivered from Panama city to Palm Beach, they were flexible to make the deal happen. We had some bad luck with the trailer when it arrived and RV Connections stepped up and told us to get it repaired at their own expense. They did not let us down at any point to get our issues fixed. Don Hasty our sales rep was professional and courteous to make a completely remote transaction happen, picked up the phone every time I called. CO England dealt with our issues for repair and with the dealership that fixed it. Overall A+++ I would and will send my family and friends there. BTW: I don't often take the time to do good reviews like this but those guys really deserve it.

Avoid their service dept. Stopped by and showed Service Advisor Roy pics of our slide topper so we can schedule an actual time to replace the fabric since we are full timers. He rolled his eyes at me as he really wanted me to drive it in so they could look at it. It is just the fabric and I had pics of the tape measure against the RV so he had all of the sizes. He told me to come in ay 8am 2 days later and they could do the job right away since we live in it. On the day we were waiting for him at 8am. He shows up right on the hour and tells us that they have a little work to complete and they will get "all hands on it". I insist to keep the gen running or plug it in as there is insulin in the fridge. We come back at 1:30 and see the RV in the back of the lot, not plugged in and our gen off, not work being done. I go in and ask for Roy and they go find him. He does some checking which takes about 10 mins and them comes walking in with another man sho is telling him that if a time is promised the back shop needs to know. Roy looks at me and states we are not going to get to it today. I ask for my keys. As the rig is being brought around he attempts a half a** apology and I state my online reviews will include the exact story. He then suggests I bring it back another day. I state no way. 30 mins later a Service manager calls me and tells me the fabric just arrived and if I brought it back they would get on it right away. I inform him that Roy should have been properly communicating all along and we could have schedule a better time but no after this they would not get our business. Again we all have cell phones so just be honest. He should have stated that they did not have the fabric the day before or that morning if they really didn't have it. It looks more like they just didn't want to have the bad review so they tried to get me to come back to avoid it.

Our experience at RV Connections was really great! Every member of the staff, that we interacted with, was very helpful and informative. There was excellent communication throughout the process. Salesmen, Carl (Dothan) and Shaun (Panama City), were the best!

In good conscience I would never in a million years recommend RV Connections to anyone that values their money, being treated like a valued customer or any sort of professionalism. This is the most difficult, scam of a company I have ever dealt with! They will tell you absolutely anything to make a quick buck! They are well aware I am a military survivor and have gone out of their way to make this entire process completely unbearable for me. They have had my 2022 Palomino Puma in their shop since December 17. I will update with accurate details and dates.

I don't think I've ever written a bad review before. But I feel inclined to warn others. Our story is long, but the short of it is that they are quick to sell you an RV (with an IOU to fix what's wrong with a BRAND NEW camper), but slow to fulfill their promises. They don't keep employees very long, so no one is really invested in your particular experience. We went twice to pick up our camper from service work, only to find it in worse condition than when we dropped it off. LITERALLY, they broke several things on the camper. We let them know several times we were driving 5 hours one way to pick it up. They couldn't be bothered to do a walk through before we came. So we waited an hour for them to half @$$ fix what THEY broke. The manager could barely muster an apology. The rep we had been corresponding with didnt even feel it appropriate to come communicate with us after the fact. If I could go back in time, I'd most certainly buy from a dealer that takes pride in their work.

The whole staff was warm and friendly throughout the process. Even when a small issue with the camper was noted they were extremely understanding, supportive and quick to assist me. The sales representative was very good with his communication. I look forward to being a happy customer for a long time.

I was assisted by Shawn (the tech) he went above and beyond my expectations. Actually, everyone in that store was exceptional but he really saved the day for me. I was just starting a 5000 mile trip when one of the fittings on my water heater broke. I went to several places before I found this RV Center. I was really running out of options but the guy that help me at the desk wasn’t giving up which I really appreciated. I was pretty sure I knew what I needed but Shawn set me straight. I was told appointments were two weeks or more out and I was supposed to leave for my trip tomorrow which I told Shawn and he said well just a minute and went out to look at it. He told me he could fix it, and what the cost would be, and I was so thrilled. I cannot say enough good things about RV connections and definitely will go back if I am in the area. Thank you so much for saving the day! Tricia ✌️??️

Parker is a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. We got a great unit at a fair pair proce. Bill showed us everything we need to know about our unit and helped us get outfitted for adventure. All the folks here are very helpful with no pressure. You don't need to shop anywhere else for a better deal.
