I called for a price on a power cord and was told right at $400 I told the guy that was almost 4 times the price as online. He said in a smart tone maybe you should get it online then. I called camper world and they had the same cord for the same price as online and were extremely polite and helpful. I have had great service in the past with “Mike” at Rv connections so maybe it’s just one rude worker. The prices there are outrageous comparatively though

Integrity, professionalism and super friendly! We could not have asked for a better total experience. From the first phone call through driving out the gate with our new Brinkley Z 3400, it was all great. Cole was our sales person, but he didn't act like a traditional "salesman". He's a guy that you enjoy talking with.
He is clearly very knowledgeable but if he wasn't absolutely sure he'd say so and find out. There was no pressure to "make the deal", Cole helped us find what we were looking for and helped customize our new home away from home. We live in Alabama so we weren't sure about the sales tax situation. Steve took great care going through all of the financing and paperwork to be sure we understood everything. Chris was very thorough during our final walk through. He made sure we understood how everything worked. I'd never hooked up to a 5th wheel trailer so Adam took the time to teach and assist in the process. John (that's John with an H) and the rest of the guys in the parts department were all friendly and helpful. Scott made sure we knew he and the service team were available when we needed them. Last but not least is Tina. She always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. I can hear her smile when we talk on the phone! Long review but we are so glad we chose RV Connections in Panama City

My wife and I had a great experience at RV Connections. Tonya was so helpful in showing us the hidden features of the Brinkley RVs. She went out of her way to help us put a deal together. Everything about the ordering process and fees was clearly explained. When we came to pick up our Brinkley Z 2900 it was ready to go with the slide toppers and cup holder we had ordered. Chris was great in helping us do a thorough inspection and immediately addressed any questions I had. He helped us test the water system, refrigerator, electrical systems. Chris was very helpful in showing how the auto leveling systems worked and how to use it. As a result of all of the good people at RV Connections we had a flawless two day camping experience at Hilton Head with zero issues (even though there was a lot to learn about the Brinkley). We would definitely recommend RV Connections and would buy from them again.

Although we have not bought a RV from this dealer yet we are so far impressed with the individuals we have dealt with especially the sales guy Dan Moore.
He spent lots of time trying to meet our offer this dealership made us a counter offer unfortunately we could not come to a agreeable price. We walked away but the professionalism by everyone we have dealt with showed us this is the right place to buy. We started by looking at the unit we liked at the Dothan store everyone we met from sales to parts were very professional. The entire process consisted of many messages and everyone of the messages were extremely professional. If we hit the lotto we may go back and take their offer. We recognize professionalism when we see it. Do not hesitate to buy from RV connections

Mark Prepieka is a recent addition to the RV Connections service department. I can’t say enough positives about Mark’s cheerful and courteous service. He always keeps me informed as to the status of my camper repairs—which I REALLY appreciate! Mark’s a REAL asset to the RV Connections staff!!!

We recently purchased a new motor home from RV Connections in Panama City. Every staff member we were involved with was very courteous and knowledgeable. The sales manager (C.O.) went above and beyond what was expected. The whole experience was smooth and painless. We would highly recommend this business to family and friends

I’ve been an RV owner for years, and my recent experience with RV Connections in Panama City has been exceptional. Cody in the service department went above and beyond to help me resolve some serious issues with my RV (Gate arm at the storage lot came down on the roof and tore several holes into the roof all the way down my camper). Not only did he provide expert guidance, but he also facilitated communication with my insurance company, resulting in a fully funded repair. Cody at RV Connections is quick to answer questions and incredibly responsive. If they’re all as dedicated as Cody, you’re in great hands! Highly recommended. I will let these guys handle all my RV needs.

They have had our 5th wheel RV for 2 months and still have NOT completed the necessary repairs. They have not been forthright with us. I am NOT a happy camper with how they have handled the situation.
Okay, it is now June 26th-NO ONE has reached out like they said they would in response to this review. They still have our RV! They keep blaming it on our insurance. Contacted our insurance, who have provided proof they approved and PAID for the repairs!!! We have missed out on camping since April 23rd, we missed Memorial Day, and it looks like we will miss out in July 4th camping. DO NOT recommend RV Connections for repair and service.
