This lady at this place has no customers service I ask her for assistance with a big rug I was buying she claims no one was there to help me and clearly she wasn’t doing nothing her name was Danielle I think she was the manager with that attitude no one would want to come there

I will be the first to admit when I'm wrong. And I was wrong about this place for sure!
My daughter came to town for the summer and I dropped them off across the street for them to go to the shopping center.
They called me to pick them up at Ross.
At first I was angry because that meant they had to cross 23rd Street. Then I was like why would you go to Ross???
$300 later I saw why!!!
I don't even remember everything I bought!
I know I got some Ray Bans, some Salt and Pepper shakers, a bunch of clothes and shoes.
Name Brand stuff! Cologne, a remote controlled boat!
Every aisle I'm just like.... I'll take one of these...
I slept on Ross.
I've been telling everybody about it and they're all just looking at me...
Cause I guess I'm the last to find out.

Seems more cluttered than other Ross. Racks are too full of clothes and hard to look through.

Great for lower priced items. Clothing, hygiene, accessories, and even some sport gear. Gloves. Grip trainers. Checking the store often seems to be the best option. Sometimes, you strike gold. Sometimes not. Staff are helpful and kind. Usually, there is a line for checkout.

This store had some of the my favorite brands reasonably priced! The beauty department had my favorite oils & lotions! Worth the trip!

This place is unbelievable. It's a mess inside. The people at the registers are just plain lazy with no sense of how or what to put in a bag. 1register open 2 people at it 12 customers in line. 1girl finally showed up. Packed my items all of them 1 bag , when the other girl decided to help a customer that had 3 item's. It was just a mess..
