I cannot recommend this gym enough! I was staying in the area (traveling for work) and bought a class package-- Traycee and her team showed me so much kindness and hospitality. They welcomed me right into their group and I felt so at home and engaged. I had a blast, and you will too!!! 10/10

Great workout! They have group classes M-Sat weights, cycling, Zumba,yoga. They also have private and group training. Masseuse on-site!Tracy the owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All the classes have been awesome workouts.

The Instructor is very personal and does not push me too far. I really enjoyed myself and I could choose from many classes.
