I come here as a regular. The experience is usually nice. The last two experiences have not been so good. The lady behind the counter seems like she wishes she wasn't there. This store is my usual spot for my purchases but I wish the staff were friendlier.

First experience VERY DISAPPOINTED
Use the beach location all the time, LOVE beach location. Panama City location, however, I waited 10 minutes completely ignored. The worker was weighing up weed for some dude(only other guy in there) after 10 minutes, the guy looks up at me clearly annoyed I’m still in there??? He says, “ma’am I’m gonna be a while you can go”
So, I was denied business for this dude to serve up some weed. I just moved by this location and love the other one, but this experience has me pretty annoyed. Save your time and go to cloud 9!!!

Couple months ago I use to come in here all the time. People were so helpful, friendly. I'd spend $100/Visit. Went in yesterday, chick behind the counter had the worst attitude bro. Lol. I just walked out. #Findsomehappiness

3 stars because of previous experiences. Would have been 5 is not for this experience. I usually have a great experience and come every 2 weeks.. I get pretty much the same things and always was same prices.not today. I WAS CHARGED 30.00 more then usual and told that the price was not the same as athe other I asked ok so can youshow me the prices. I told there was no prices.i was well there js a price on that one that showed the prices per ounces. Well mam it's not the same. I explained that I had gotten the exact same thing 2 weeks ago and it was the same as always. I always mix the flavors and always get the same ounces and the same prices. Why is it different now. I'd to buy it even though it cost 30 00 more then I usually pay. I am not happy

Just went in, was really disappointed by their merchandise and their enforcement of their “policy” I understand no refund or exchange but not even willing to offer a discount of some sort due to “assumptions” I had my receipt with my time stamp which was Monday and I tried to charge it on Thrusday and Friday didn’t work however since I could only come in today due to my work schedule the employee said that sounds like it could be my fault and I should’ve checked it in the store to see if it charged. He said that’s their policy to check the vape and charger before leaving which I never once has been told by anyone there and that it should “really be common sense” Well sir it’s not common sense to all people especially when they just started switching to vaping on Monday. Anyway I bought a new one since I was already there and I asked to see if I could check to charge since it’s their policy and they didn’t have charger so how can they except this policy to be enforced if not supported by the own business and it’s employees. The guy was just doing his job I understand that and it’s only a vape just wish it’s handled better for in the future because I have a feeling this might be a reoccurring issue since the vape I just bought today is also not charging but no point of bringing it in anymore or my business. One stars for the dude keeping a calm mannerThe vape I bought is Lost Mary Spearmint so definitely don’t recommend that brand or flavor
