Often a little too busy for the staff they have, but they are always friendly and efficient, and they do their best to solve problems. Very happy with Publix.

I cannot say enough about the pharmacists and the staff at the 23rd St location. With my health issues at hand, they do all that they can to make sure they have the necessary medications on hand. I deeply appreciate everyone there.

Online sub order at 1:03pm. Received email saying it would be ready by 1:30. Arrived at 1:25 and did my shopping for the next few days and came back at 1:30. I stood at the online pick up area until 1:50pm when some other people waiting motioned that I had been standing there for a while. Finally after 20 minutes of standing there I was acknowledged and immediately was told next time allow a hour for online orders. At that point I left. I'm fine with things being busy and it taking a little longer. The problem is when I stand there for 20 mins without being acknowledged and then I'm immediately lectured as if it's my fault for showing up at the time I was told. Won't be back. I'll drive to Lynn haven or the other new location.

I just wanted to brag on my pharmacy for a moment. In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this pharmacy remains so helpful and compassionate. I am very sick and they did not have one of the medications I needed. I attempted to locate the rx and have it transferred from CVS on Bus 98 and that was a nightmare. Ebony at Publix could hear how sick I was and how much I was struggling to track this prescription down so she took over and located it at another pharmacy for me. Ebony went above and beyond what was required of her and I am so grateful. Thank you, 23rd St. Publix pharmacy team for being consistent and kind.

I have been calling for over a week about a prescription and nobody ever answers. Different times of the day and letting it ring 3-5 minutes each time.

Just go somewhere else. I've been using them for a few years, but they constantly have issues with not having very important meds in stock, not answering the phone, not telling you when meds will be back in stock, treating you like you're putting every one of them out. (Like meds that you can't just go a few days without.)You'll never get them on the phone anymore. Something changed in the last year or two. They rarely answer the phone. (Yet, it seems rather well staffed. Generally, 6+ associates when I'm there.) When they do, they are typically rude. Just a few months ago, one of the pharmacy associates pulled 2 prescriptions for me (one being a narcotic, so controlled.). I pay for them, sign for them, then leave. I get home, only to find out my narcotic isn't there. I called in a panic, then I noticed the pharmacy had closed. Turns out, he "forgot" to give it to me because it was in the pre-paid area, and I had to go back the next day to get it. It set me in a PANIC overnight because if you lose a narcotic, you CANNOT get another script. That was a terrible oversight and they acted like it wasn't a big deal.I've moved to RX Express down the road. I don't know how this Pharmacy exists inside of a Publix. Publix, the grocery store, is known for being exceptional... Their pharmacies are sub-par. Like right now, I have one script that HAS to be filled at Publix per-my doctor. Over 18 minutes on hold on a combined 3 phone calls so far trying to get someone on the phone. The kicker? EVERY TIME someone picks up the phone, you hear the background chatter, and you get placed back on hold. I'm 99% sure, they are purposefully picking up the phone and placing it on hold so it'll stop ringing on their end. This is pathetic. Going on 20 minutes on hold now.I think I'll go ahead and file a formal complaint, like a previous reviewer.

2 stars, only because their prices are a lot less than most other pharmacies the area... However, they rarely answer the phone and treat most people they're a piece of dirt on the floor to the point I finally filed a complaint. Not much else you really can do and no guarantee that even does any good...

My family recently switched to this pharmacy. Every single person on their team has been kind, helpful, and fast filling our prescriptions! We’ll never go to another pharmacy besides this one!

The store is clean people are friendly and everything but I came there for a specific item that they did not sell at Walmart or anywhere else around here and it seems like it's always sold out. It's like if it's always sold out why don't you guys get more of it.

I really dont understand why Publix Pharmacy doesn't have 5 stars across the board. I love this Pharmacy because everytime I go in there everyone is extremely courteous they are always so nice and they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I am grateful for all of the staff at Publix Pharmacy
