Dr.Fernandez and his team are excellent. The office is always clean. He is very kind and takes time to listen to his patients. Every time I have gone to his office they have treated me quickly and with great kindness.

Great staff! Dr.Carlos is amazing. Nurses are friendly and the facilities are clean. Receptionist are very helpful specially Ada she is always helpful and very professional.

After the military I had to find a civilian doctor and all I heard was how difficult it was to find a good doctor. I guess I lucked out because their staff is super friendly and I can always get in. Definitely made that transition quite easy. My family and I really like the doctor and the staff here and would definitely recommend.

So after approximately a few years of being a patient in super good health Mr Carlos Fernandez has chose not to see me any more and has asked me to seek another healthcare provider with no valid reason as to why. I have no problems doing so. Because honestly I’d rather have a dr who is willing to take his time and not just 2 random minutes in the room with you asking you if he can perform a gynecologist exam and breast exam. Ummm no thanks I have a gynecologist whom I see . No worries I have great insurance and I will seek far better care. Sorry not sorry I posted this. Also closed one whole day so you can see illegal immigrants who self pay with no paper trail. UPDATE to your answer: you say the entire staff? Whom I don’t know haven’t met or ever made conversation with because most don’t speak English. It’s not a big loss believe me.. it’s the best loss..And when you say his situation that he created because I sure didnt. I suggest y’all seek another primary care.

I've seen Carlos Fernandez twice now. He is very kind and easy to talk to and doesn't make me feel rushed. He put in referrals for me with out me having to press the issues, which I greatly appreciate. They also have decent availability for appointments unlike other places that are booked out 3 and 4 months.

Carlos is a great PA-C in the area, and nice person. I've been his patient since 2016; ever after he's been sensitive, attentive to my medical needs. They take Walk-ins and it's a very clean and pleasant facility. The reason I don't give a 5-stars is because the office is closed for appointments on Fridays to get medical attention as far as I know.I recommend Carlos Fernandez as a good physician, listening and helping me to get better. Pronto Medical Care has a good and respectful staff as well, all of them speak Spanish & English!!

As a patient for years this office has given me the best service again and again. The one thing I can say about Pronto Medical is they are not just a medical business they care about all they serve whether you’re a walk in or a long time patient. From the staff to the physician they are all the most amazing people and best practice.

I have used Carlos Fernandez for years and followed his practice from Lynn Haven to Pronto Medical Care. He and his staff are the best, friendly, professional and you really feel like you are their priority when receiving treatment.
