This is my first time renting a storage rental, and I must say I am highly impressed. I purchased the unit online and saved alot more money than I would have with any other facility. Tim, the gentleman from the office was very helpful despite being so busy as the only worker on-site. It was extremely hot outside and Tim insisted me and my husband hydrate and us offered bottled water. I definitely feel confident knowing who to turn to for any assistance regarding my unit. Thank you Tim, for both your generosity and professionalism.

After having a challenge completing the online lease, I drove to the location during business hours, only to find them closed for the day. After making an attempt to call, I was redirected to a service representative who was also unable to reach anyone at the location. At that time I canceled my entire transaction.

Property Manager never answers the phone and won't call you back when you talk to the main office working in South Florida, even when they send her emails...
I set up auto pay and property Manager dismissed it without my permission..so now they want a late fee....

Tim took great care of my needs. He was quite amazing & a delight for a day that was not so great for myself. He turned it into a wonderful day. The lady helping him so just as kind & helping as he was. They even helped me with my elderly 16 yr old cat that was overheated h gave him water plus me h my friend. I cant say enough to thank them bith for being so kind & making a hard time & day so much better. They where bith a ray of sunshine on a dark & gloomy day. Thank you so very much for helping me.

I’ve been using this place since hurricane Michael devastate us pretty decent prices a little steep now it went up several times, but you know what it keeps my stuff protected and I always get good service from the office. No complaints.

Lesly is the new property manager and was extremely helpful! Besides the great promotional rates I can’t help but praise Lesly For her friendly and professional approach. I would definitely recommend using the Lynn haven location for all of your storage needs.

Awful experience. I booked online around 1:30. I saw the office hours were till 6. I went to the office around 3 and there was a sign saying someone would be back by 4. I wasted an hour and went back. The office person came back at 4:15. I had already talked to customer service on the 1-800 number and he gave me the gate code. The unit I was not green tagged abd there was trash in it. Most disturbing was the 5 gallon bucket with poop and toilet paper in it. When I went to the office after she got back, she took 20 minutes to find a different unit and didn’t really care that I wasted 2 hours of my day dealing with this.
I asked for a refund and went to CubeSmart. Much more professional and clean. Don’t post business hours if the office will not be open during that time.
