Unit was broken into within a week of rental. Total indifference by owners and rental clerk. Avoid this place. No security at all.

I would avoid anything with the Pilcher name attached, was just robbed at their other units after only 5 days, owner/manager could care less. Avoid.

Filth!! Homeless people living in units. Owners do not care and will not even return your calls. Mice and rats are in the walls and will get into your stuff. Done with this place!!
