“Gas prices are usually best in town. Facility is kept clean and pumps maintained. Attendant on duty if help is needed. Can be very busy, but wait is typically not very long.”

2533 Thomas Dr, Panama City“We did all of our weekly grocery shopping at Winn-Dixie. We were able to get all we needed all we wanted for the week stay at Winn-Dixie convenient to have a liquor store next door as well. One stop shopping at this Winn-Dixie and we were more than happy with the items we purchased and the service we received”
“Friendly and very professional They really care about you not like "take a seat or you have to wait as we are understaffed" from the big named pharmacies. Thats why I switched. Plus They refused to fill my Drs Rx for anything. He might have been abrubt with a pharmacist so he is banned.”
“Thank you, Mary, for jumping in and helping me get the prescription I need for Covid. I jumped through many hoops today and the team at 23rd Street Publix and Mary at Coopers worked together to get me what I need. Mary, you are a gem in this industry that seems to have taken a major hit in customer service. Thank you SO much for your help today.”
“This pharmacy is a very good pharmacy to go to. They help people in need with their prescription prices. Mr. Tahari and Callie ate SO nice!! Quick service also!!”
“I have been using Jay Care for several years now and I can tell you that more than a handful occasions probably two handfuls. I have had to take prescriptions in there that were different than what I normally take and Jay and his wife or his wife I should say Came around the counter and explained things in detail to me and that is such a feeling of a personable experience. It shows they care. I know that if I were to have any type of medication that could give me an a reaction or may not work as well as something else They will tell me I have had awesome time with being able to call and ask about a refill and not always because as we all know people get busy but I would say eight out of 10 times maybe nine out of 10 times. I can call And ready within 30 minutes , they are also willing to call your doctor when you don’t have refills and take care of all that for you. I would highly recommend this place and I wish more pharmacies were hands-on like they are. The only downfall is they don’t take insurance. Blue Cross is a major insurance and , I don’t understand why they don’t take insurance when everybody else does and I would say that’s probably why if anybody goes anywhere else that’s probably why and the staff is amazing. I have never ever walked in that door that I was graded immediately and she knows my specific things that I would like her to do , I don’t want a bunch of trash in my car. She will take it out of the bag and the bottle and God knows she helps me every single time I use my debit card. I can never remember what step next on their system what to do up to them and hopefully they’ll work on Excepting insurance because unfortunately, I have to have other prescriptions filled at another pharmacy because I can’t afford them off insurance. Thank you, Dallas. ?”

2340 FL-77, Panama City“I mean..it's a CVS. It's hard to get excited about a CVS. That being said - my local CVS on Tyndall Parkway has a great store manager who, if he's there (and he's there a lot) always greets me and is very friendly and warm. Their pharmacist, Mr. Kelly is one of the best, most professional and friendliest men in his profession. I have a child with some health issues so it is important that I have a place I can rely on for fast, friendly professional service and advice...”

11801 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach“This review is only for the Minute Clinic at this CVS location in Panama City Beach. I already knew what I needed, but could not buy it without a script. I didn't know the process at Minute Clinic, so it was a bit clumsy. There are no such things as walk-ins. You have to request an appointment, either online or at the kiosk. There was no one available to guide me through the process or provide instructions. There was one person working, the doctor, who only comes out momentarily between patients. When you apply for the appointment, it will tell you when the next available appointment is. Be prepared with insurance information and credit/debit card information. It will cost you. I found out that had I been in my home state my insurance would have paid all but a co-pay, but since I was out of state they would not cover it. I hate medical insurance companies. When you come for your appointment, sign in at the kiosk, and be prepared to wait. The name "minute clinic" is a bit misleading. There will be as much medical and insurance bureaucracy here as anywhere else in the USA. Thankfully, once I got in, the doctor was thorough and pleasant. She confirmed what I knew and provided the script which I had filled at the CVS pharmacy. I started the process at lunchtime and got out at 6 PM. That's one long minute, but it was faster and less expensive than driving to the Mexican border to purchase what I needed at a Mexican pharmacy. I give:5 stars to the doctor 3 stars for the clinic itself 4 stars for the pharmacy. Average: 4 stars”

“My Walmart Pharmacy Location:519 West 23rd Street Panama City, FL. 32405Succinctly, EXEMPLARY TOO THE DEFINITION.ALL ASPECTS OF WHICH ARE A VERIFIABLE PLETHORA, AND TOO MANY TOO MANY TOO LIST IN THIS FORMAT.I am Grateful and I tell All the Same!THANK Y’ALL, EACH AND EVERYONE.Alan B.”
“Sometimes it can be slow but that’s because people get to the counter and start asking questions they should have asked the doctors office before coming. Folks be prepared so everyone can be waited on in a reasonable amount of time. The pharmacist, techs and everyone working here are top notch. Thank you for the great prices and service.”

7112 US-98, Panama City Beach“Friendly, helpful staff. You'll find the typical things you'd expect at a CVS One star off as this is a slight downgrade from a typical store. They shamelessly added tourist shop type aisles, which squishes all the normal aises together. Makes it feel less inviting.”

Food is good though...”
“Very helpful staff. My only complaint is when I asked a employee about maybe bringing back the premier chocolate/ peanut butter flavor. Instead of checking on it for me. I was just told I'd have to order it online. I don't understand that part. I spend at least 500-1,000 bucks a week with y'all. Can yall please bring it back.”
“I cannot say enough about the pharmacists and the staff at the 23rd St location. With my health issues at hand, they do all that they can to make sure they have the necessary medications on hand. I deeply appreciate everyone there.”

955 W 23rd St, Panama City“I had a really good experience shopping at CVS. The person who helped me was great! His name was Thomas and he works at the Lynn Haven CVS store. He was such a pleasure to deal with. He was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He greeted me with a smile when I walked up, asked if there was anything else he could help me with and inquired as to how my day was going. He is definitely an asset to CVS. I hope CVS and this store realizes that.I know retail workers go through a LOT of stressful situations because customers can be EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to them for no reason. In addition to that many people are stressed out when they're shopping around the Holidays. Considering this, I was incredibly impressed with how friendly and cheerful he was during such a stressful shopping time and having to deal with rude customers on a daily basis. I will definitely be returning to shop at this CVS store and will be taking my business from Walgreens to CVS from now on.”

660 E Hwy 98, Panama City“This 5 Review is for Jeff. He made a RainCheck order for the Refresh Tears that I use, before I use my Glaucoma eye drops. Jeff was attentive to my needs. Kind, quiet spoken, and listened.
When I called a few days later to check to see if my RainCheck Order was in, a very rude girl answered & hung up on me. I then called back & a man answered, claimed to be the Manager. That idiot of a man was ignorant of RainChecks, talked over me, and hung up on me. Of course I immediately called back, and dumba$$ answered. Began to talk over me again. I explained to him that I had a RainCheck Receipt in my hand, he had better check to see if he had the quantity that I ordered, and put them behind the counter. I waited until he did that. He hung up, without thanking me for my $200 order.
CVS has already closed 600 stores & is about to close another 300. The employees IN Pharmacy need NOT answer Customer Service Calls because they are inept at Customer Service and are risking good employees, like Jeff, their jobs, if this store is closed. The girl & the man who claimed to be the Manager (not Jeff) need to be replaced... they deserve a ZERO.”
“I’m in the area visiting and needed some refills. Stopped here with my empty bottles. They put in the prescriptions and gave me a time to return. Prescriptions were ready in 1.5 hrs. When I went to pick up, there wasn’t any wait. Staff was very friendly.”
8AM - 9PM
302 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City“Employees here are very welcoming and greet customers upon entering and leaving. They always ask customers if they need help finding anything or have any questions. I witnessed one customer come into store looking for a specific product that cvs doesn’t stock and The employee gave her information about where she could locate product. They all seem to go above and beyond.
CVS pharmacy: I know with gaining an abundant amount of new customer transfers due to closing of a local pharmacy, it was overwhelming for everyone involved. They currently seem like they have finally adjusted to their predicament. Hiring additional staff and pharmacist. It does get quite busy and can be a long wait; but when your met by the tech, they completely due whatever necessary to assist you with RXs’. If uninsured they will try good Rx if you have it or one of their own discount cards. If insured and you have a super expensive medication you cannot afford, they give you recommendations on where it may be less taxing.”
“It seems like they've been short staffed for a while in the pharmacy, and they're always busy- 8+ cars in the drive thru plus folks inside no matter if it's a Tuesday at 10am or a Friday at 5pm. But, dang!, the pharmacy staff never miss a beat. They do their job wholly and with a positive energy that I know myself I couldn't keep given the circumstances. Real true professionalism!”
“Such a caring business that cares about their customers and treats them with kindness and fast service! Family owned and ran. They truly care about each person they serve. I give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
